Air conditioner, and one of the rooms didn’t work and cockroaches were running around the floor disgusting

The hotel was nice and clean but is showing its age. It needs to be updated. Check in was easy and the young man at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

I asked for hangers and ironing board as well Febreze for the room ( it smelled bad). I didn’t get but one hanger and no ironing board till the third night of my four night stay. This hotel is in dire need of restoration!!!

I didn't like this place at all, the rooms smelled like mold and they also had roaches, the front desk clerk was very rude and they sprayed air fresheners in the room trying to cover up the smell of the mold, they refused to give me a refund, never again will I even think about staying at this hotel, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, also the lobby had a smell that gave me a headache the short time I was there

Front staff very unprofessional and uncaring about the situation to their guest. I think La Quinta has been doing a terrible job. But I guess we get what we pd for. Dirty rusted tubs , dirty walls. Very unsatisfactory

The first room we had looked like it wasn't clean, bath towel on the bathroom floor, bed looked like like someone had either sat or had laid on top. Second room, had a hard time opening the door, but room did look better than the first. Bed was comfortable.

Location Front desk was rude. Was there for a funeral and they did not accommodate at all check in time. AC did not work and front desk did nothing about it.

Didn't spend too much time in my room. It was good for what it was intended for, just to sleep. It would have been nice to take a swim, but the pool was closed due to maintenance.

They would not let me rent the room cause I was from the same town and tried charging me 100 dollars more just in case I broke something I’m like you all are not letting me get the room but you want to charge 100 more Rudeness

The room smelled wet so bad that I couldn't sleep. The bathtub was nasty and dirty. Overall, the entire building looks old and feels dirty.
