This is a worn out hotel. They have a lot of large work crews staying there. You can’t breakfast in the AM. Coffee was terrible both in the room and downstairs.

I was lied too. But your manager and your General Manager was rude. I asked to speak to her and she declined. Rather coming to me in person she chose to speak to the employee to work out the situation. Which the situation did not get handled. Before I booked my stay I asked if the swimming pool was accessible I was told it was being cleaned and would be ready by morning. Come morning no pool was clean. Then when asking the front clerk she’s was rode with her response. So customer service what’s so ever and had no urgency to try and fix the situation. My experience was the worse. La Quinta. I’m extremely disappointed.

Co vine of the location Shower head was crappy and complained twice and still not fix. Water was running in toilet while time we stayed there

First of all the ladies that worked there were rude. On lady had her baby with her while she was helping customers. I asked for two wash rags they could only give me one because laundry wasn't done. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet wouldn't flush all the way. When we went for breakfast it was all gone at 7:30 in the morning. If staff knew there were a lot of workers there they should have made more. Unfortunately we stayed two nights because my brother passed away and I was there for his funeral. I drove all the way from Kansas. I have to say this was the worst for me especially for the price.

Rust spots all over tub along with mold in the wall corners. Shower rod and lamp in room were rusted also. Air conditioner worked well however was noisy. Wasn’t much of a breakfast offering. Hotel overall needs attention

The first room I was given had a faulty door that didn't lock. There was rust on several items in the room including the bathtub.
