First time in this hotel and it was a great experience. The checkout was great and the staff was friendly.

The rooms are nicely remodeled and were very clean. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets need cleaning. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee machine was excellent!

The beds were comfy. And I liked the 2 queen room with bunk beds. I didn't like to look off the room needs lots of repairs... the pool was very dirty. They ran out of bath towels so they gave us the smallest pool towels to bathe with. They had a laundry room and had no quarters so we can use them....

Best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at, the location was clean, people were polite, they called me when i left behind a valuable, and they had bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and good tasting orange juice. If i ever stay in Alice again it will only be here

The hotel manager was very cooperative in getting me two queen beds instead of one king size. I needed an extra bed for my sister because she's afraid to be by herself in strange places.

Clean and spacious rooms

The hotel worked for what we needed. There was a bit of a smell in the lobby of mildew but the room was ok. Nothing fancy but in Alice, TX, the options are limited. The free breakfast with fresh coffee, pancake machine and other options was great to get the day going. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fine. Good location. Our room had an attached mini room with a bank bed, small table, and tv for the children. The kids loved the separate room The elevator shook a lot and made a lot of noise. My children were a little scared when we first go into the elevator. The beds were little firm.
