Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas NE - Allen by IHG

Both TV's in the room are non functional, setting tap to get hot water is tricky, lot of noise from the room above. Breakfast is worst. Parking and staff are only good in this hotel rest all are terrible

Unfortunately, holiday Inn , has dropped the level. Still OK place to stay for one night , but very plain room . Super basic breakfast, So, they say they offer free breakfast , but because of l9w quality always have to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Disgusting, smelled like black mold. Couldn’t even see out of the windows. We had two rooms and both were terrible, this is obviously long term housing for several people.

Nice facility, clean and modern. Solid breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Top notch Holidy Inn.

Dirty, in disrepair

This facility is fantastic location, great staff, the rooms are clean and cool in the hot weather. The breakfast is very good and the help will get anything needed

The location was great. The breakfast was good. The hotel itself is in need of major repairs during our stay water was pouring in from the ceilings in multiple areas as well as windows. The room we stayed in had a mildew/must smell. The room was equipped with small pool towels ,the beds were comfortable and overall we made the best of it.

Average budget hotel despite the previous reviews. Staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was the bare minimum in terms of the usual buffet breakfast; no yogurt, fruit limited to oranges.

Pool area could use a little upgrade.

Room very nice and clean staff well mannered and helpful.
