Staff great

We arrived at 10PM staff very pleasant and helpful. We ate at the bar and the food was very good and so was the blueberry margarita. We added the breakfast and I had the made to order omelet and husband had the buffet. Shower pressure was good and love the handsprayer and shampoo conditioner body wash.

La propiedad no tiene microondas ,sofa cama en las habitaciones. No incluye desayuno. El estacionamiento hay que pagarlo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas . Es caro para el servicio

Easy check in, easy checkout! Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our little staycation.

It was a great property. Food was good and fresh. Staff was amazing no matter what job they were doing. No valet or luggage service. That is one reason I stayed on site. I could have remained at the courtyard property less than 3 miles away and driven over and saved $500. I expect more from Marriott at a convention center for the prices I paid especially when the Courtyard Property was an “Event Center”.

I booked multiple rooms to host out-of-town guests for the weekend. What followed was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had in years of global travel as a Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite member. Three significant failures: 1. Repeated key card failures - Guest room keys stopped working multiple times throughout the stay, leaving guests stranded outside their rooms for over an hour each time awaiting resolution. The most egregious instance: I had to personally drive to the hotel at 3am during a storm to physically let a guest into a room I had pre-paid and pre-authorized them on - because the front desk could not resolve it remotely. 2. Check-in delays - The check-in process was slow and disorganized, creating a poor first impression for my guests who had traveled specifically for this occasion. 3. Unclean room at arrival — After an extended wait to check in, one guest walked into their room to find leftover food from the previous occupant still present. Basic housekeeping standards were not met. When I raised issues with the front desk, I received no accountability, no apology, and no resolution just like a used car salesman. I have stayed at Marriott properties across the world and have never encountered this level of service failure. This property fell significantly short of the Marriott brand standard and more importantly, it let down guests I was personally responsible for hosting.

Room i got the carpet was so stained i put towels down to walk on Dark only little lights Wont go back again

Hosted guests by booking several rooms. Every room had issues with key cards not working!!! The staff couldn’t get a resolution

It is convenient and close to many restaurants. Easy to get to from major roads. Nice area, good pool and fitness center. Room is good for a week stay.

Easy check , took less than 5 minutes roughly. Parking was easy. The staff was pleasant, great communication. The room was overall nice. The clerk could’ve been a little cleaner but overall 8/10.

As a 75 year old traveling alone, safety is foremost. MARRIOTT would charge me $22 to park my car for one night in a dark, deserted parking garage. Garage wasn't ideal by any means, but having to park 2 blocks away in the dark was poor customer service and not a place for seniors. I was amazed at the lack of responsibility for guests.

Only one choice for food on-site

The room could have been cleaner in the bath and carpet. I think it is expensive to have to pay a high rate for the room and it does not include WiFi or parking -
