Pleasant stay for an overnight. Zero complaints.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant even though they were busy and rooms were not ready at check-in time for this hotel. The hotel was clean but a bit rundown.

Also, the water for my shower was luke warm. I prefer hot showers.

Mattress I thought the mattress was to soft

The location for Dorney Park was fantastic. Checkout is at 11 and someone was knocking on our door at 11:05 to tell us it was time to leave. WhileI understand that we were past the time we were trying to get ourselves together, and the person stood outside of our room waiting.

The restaurant's food was bland. The fire alarm went off that morning, and no one seemed to care. We were told we could go back in before the fire truck arrived.

If you're going to Dorney Park this is the perfect spot as it is directly across the street. There are a lot of food options around the area including a Bar/Restaurant inside the hotel. Also, my kids and I enjoyed the pool and it stays open till 11pm! From the big windows in the pool you can see the rollercoasters and the Ferris while lit up at night. The room was surprisingly spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

I wish the coffee makers had Splenda as sweetener options, rather than the saccharin-based sweetener (pink packet). French toast breakfast was fantastic!

That is was very clean that the chair lift was not operable at the pool. There was limited parking Had to park around the back by the dumpster. There was a truck with a trailer that took up about 30 spaces.

Love the location and amenities, and the restaurant served excellent, fresh food. Would’ve liked cleaner bedding, free of stains. I feel that makes a bed more comfortable to sleep in.
