Howard Johnson Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Allentown/Dorney

Location Dirty, old facility. NOTHING WORKED! Room key (they only give one per room) kept getting deactivated, lobby restrooms didn't lock, filthy, no paper towels. Room dirty, ac loud, toilet won't flush properly, terrible breakfast, indifferent/rude staff, other room's toilet flooded the room upon flushing. In short, very bad experience, regret having booked this hotel.

The pool was bad very bad and hot tub water level was low not good at all. After all we had seen we didn’t even dare to eat the breakfast. One good thing was that the bottle of water was for 1 dollar. Sorry for the review don’t t like give negative review but the place honestly was bad.

that jacuzzi and pool was MAGNIFICENT, but other than that, I was severely underwhelmed by stay at this hotel. The room had a weird smell when I arrived, check in took 20 minutes, and they have no rules clearly stating you must be over 21 to stay here, so they wouldn’t take my ID. If I wasn’t with my boyfriend they would’ve just kept my money and I would’ve been SOL.

Nothing Walls in room were really dirty. Bathroom door didn’t fit door opening and wouldn’t close. Water pressure was weak. Sink hot water was on right instead of left as standard sinks are. Ice machine was right outside our room and noisy when being used. Will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

It was close to Dorney park,and that was exactly where I was going.

Breakfast was ok they definitely need to keep am eye on when it needs to be refilled I had to constantly ask for milk or more coffee since it was empty when I got there I didnt like how the staff never said hello unless u said something first and how they never left any towels for my room I had to always ask front desk they always gave them to me but I had to keep going to ask

In our road trip we used this opportunity to accomodate close to Philadelphia on budget. Breakfast was included. The equipment had a little problems but the service corrected everything.

Just the location! Rude and dirty staff! The entire place is dirty and smelled like cigarettes and weed smoke. Curry food smell throughout the hallways.place was like a garden style apartment.bed sinks to right. Trash in hallways and lot. Black hairs hanging off the hair dryer over sink. Homeless people sleeping in run down car. I can’t believe this is part of wyndham!

AC was noisy. Walls are thin, i could hear the whole conversation outside and next room. No hot pot or coffee machine in the room, i have nothing to drink at all. Breakfast was even worse. Only provided Bagels and pancakes, very cold as well. Nothing else to eat. Front desk staff was busy on his phone, he didn't care about us. I don't recommend this place at all.
