I found the bed to be uncomfortable. Too soft with a dip in it on The side of the bed I slept in.

The parking was ideal and I loved the atmosphere of the hotel.

This was our third hotel in one week as we had been traveling. This was the nicest, cleanest and best breakfast of them all.

There seems to be a new trend of hotels charging extra for their minimal (poor) breakfasts. For what I actually ate, I would have been better off going to a real restaurant. And one morning, they tried to charge me for breakfast, even though I had been told (and my key folder said) it was included. They did fix this upon check out. But, with all these issues...I'd probably search out a better managed hotel next time.

The room was very spacious, the breakfast was decent (not really worth the price), and the staff were very kind. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Parking was easy and accessible. My room was dirty, to the extent that there was a wet towel hanging on the bar in the shower when I got there, there was someone else's hair in many different parts of the room and bathroom when I arrived, and there was visible grime and large pieces of dirt all around. I wish I thought to take more photos and it's difficult to see, but it was completely unacceptable even if the rate were lower than it was. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a LONG time. The room was also 0% soundproof, and I could hear everything in the hallway and outside.

Don’t change a thing. The operation is perfect and doesn’t need any other changes

Clean room. Super nice staff at front desk. Check in was great. However, microwave and Keurig were not working in room. I had to hold the the Keurig shut to work. Also microwave door had to be held shut while operating. Room door was hard to close and didn’t shut all the way. I had to slam it for it to close, which was annoying. However, the hotel itself was clean and was in a quiet location with ample parking. Breakfast was also very good.

Everything was great wasn’t to far from Dorney would stay again if I went to dorney again
