Room key stopped working every night, had to be really strong in order to open the shower door, could tell the shower was not clean, table was not clean and had clear residue on it, phone did not work, shower door railing is gross and needs clean, exc…

It was okay, I was there 3 nights 4 days and my room never was turned down, they stated the turn down is every 3 days, you run out of stuff in hotels after a day or so. Should be every other at the very least. Garbage stacked up for days in elevator entryways. The ceiling caved in during our stay in lobby, so water intrusion and construction took place. Water damage and mildew smell throughout hotel. Staff was very nice and the breakfast included was great. Great spread.

I didn’t book this place for a wonderful experience, it was all about the price and location. This place has seen better days and is now being used to house work crews, people down on their luck, and people like me who don’t really care about where they stay as long as it is safe, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located, and serves a decent free breakfast. They delivered on everything but the breakfast. It wasn’t that good. 🙁

There was some trouble getting booked in, but this was totally on Expedia and not the hotel. It was getting late and we were very tired and a bit annoyed by the amount of time it took Expedia to get us booked. They did give us a bit of money off on our next stay which is acceptable. We got booked in and headed to our room, but it was a complete mess. Bedding and dirty towels all over the floor and pizza boxes and trash everywhere. We had to go all the way back down to the front desk from the 3rd floor with our luggage. I do not think the worker at the front desk knew that the room was not clean, so I am not blaming her. She promptly gave us another room which was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good and had many choices. I just wanted to give my experience. I'm not really upset about it. This hotel is worth the money.

Great location to Ameris Bank Amphitheater! No complaint's. Easy parking. Easy Check-in. Comfortable bed. Breakfast. TV easy to use. No pool is the only thing we missed, but didn't have time anyway. Would stay again!

The room overall was clean and comfortable. The workers servicing the breakfast station were very helpful and friendly.
