One night stay for a concert at the amphitheater. Great location for what we needed. Clean lobby & rooms. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again for the next show!

Very good, with a nice variety. Omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, etc. Ran out of a hot food choice one morning.

Room had grape vines and cherry pits on floor and were never cleaned up. Soap dispenser fell off wall in shower. Saw cockroach in lobby. People were friendly. Breakfast was good.

1 They bumped us out of the room we reserved and didn't tell us. We got to our room and realized it wasn't the king, went back to the front desk and they said they forgot to tell us. Said they sold out of the rooms and bumped us to a double bed. Didn't love that or the attitude of the front desk person who wasn't terrible but wasn't friendly about it. 2 There was a plate of food from the room next door that sat in the hallway the entire time of our stay from the afternoon before till we checked out at 11. 3. We did see 1 roach but the hotel looked clean and it happens in the south. So we didn't is say anything Nice things : great location. Modern. Nice breakfast. Other staff was friendly. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

Staff was great and room was very nice. The only thing I will say is that they need more than one person at the check in desk for second shift especially if there is an event going on at the amphitheater.

This is this 3rd year in a row we have stayed there for an annual Gala. It’s always clean and comfortable. Nice free breakfast in the mornings.

The staff was very nice and the place was clean and bed were comfortable and breakfast was good. First night there could not sleep because of loud noises outside and the air conditioning blows right on the bed that is to close to it. Then the bathroom door is glass so when light is on it shines all in the room and wake People up.

Everything was actually very good. Breakfast was above par for free breakfast at these hotels. Our only reason for not 5 stars was the noise. The building from the 4th floor on the road side is very loud from the traffic passing .
