Great location to Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Water was lukewarm at best. Bed was not very comfortable.

It is convenient for my medical treatments. The car dealership next door!!! Omg the porter sets alarms off on cars everymorning. Starting before 8. Im not able to sleep sometimes when I've been at the hospital. Its super annoying to hear it everyday. Also when kids coming though with travel ball. They need a chapparone to remain with them at all times. Boys were running wild. We couldnt enjoy the pool or outside area at all.

Location and staff It wasn’t clean. Our room smelt like mildew and our friends room wasn’t even clean. Poor management I would say

Close to Amerisbank concert amphitheater. Close to fast food, QT, clean and nice area. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The welcoming staff was A+!! The breakfast was really good. Lots of parking. Our shower trickled water…..other than it was a perfect stay!

Staff was nice, and it was a convenient, safe location. The building was clean and the room was adequate, though the beds were firmer than I like and the sheets were worn and scratchy. I would stay here again, but the linen could do with a refresh.

Was fine for a quick overnight stay, dark hallways freaked out my 8 year old and the bathroom was on the small side but other than that it was ok. Bed was comfy but had an annoying beeping from the outlets next to my head all night. Breakfast was good, stay closed the doors right at the time breakfast was supposed to be over so they could get their cleanup done. You can tell that this is an older hotel in the process up updating.

Everything was very nice. The beds though are a bit on the firm side so not very comfortable. Most morning when waking our backs where pretty sore.

Room had a wet and moist aura to it. Was not like the picture on website. It was old and dated and they don't have housekeeping available after a certain time of day so if you don't leave your room until late no housekeeping for you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to stay for over a week due to a family member's hospitalization and got to know the staff well. I could not have asked for more compassionate people. They truly cared.
