Comfortable stay and nice staff.

Overall very easy and good stay. Positives are the easy check in/out, amenities like the gym and breakfast. Negatives were coffee machine did not work in room, no bedding for pull out couch, the conditioner and body lotion were empty bottles, and breakfast there were a stack of dirty plates that were still wet. Ended up using the one clean plate I could find. But as I said overall great stay. Hyatt has been our first choice for awhile and will continue to use them. The cost is amazing for what you get. Specially this location. Cute area around and about 40 minutes to truist to see the braves.

We were there last weekend for the John Mellancamp concert. Upon arrival we did have to wait for the check in clerk to arrive as she was busy with another guest. We had a small hiccup with the key card not working twice until we switched rooms. It was nice to have the shuttle bus for the concert. Overall, the proximity to the venue, the free shuttle make this an easy choice for our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room (updated -like new - nicely appointed) spacious and comfortable beds.

Expedia had check in at 3 but it was 4 at the hotel. The front desk clerk was so gracious and friendly nobody cared. Everyone was outstanding especially Franklin who drove the the shuttle. Super friendly. We would highly recommend this place and we will come back here for sure!

I love it

Couldn’t check in at 4 finally checked in at 4:30. The elevator did not work properly many people chose to take the stairs. The free shuttle to the concert took us but did not pick up afterwards. Could not get the late checkout as their website advertis

Breakfast 👎. No soap No wash cloths

super clean and organized love my view

The only issue we had was that the breakfast was very unorganized. We couldn’t find any plates or silverware.

The property is clean and the staff are very nice. The property needs those minor repairs and to be fully staffed for busy weekend breakfasts.

Chose this property because of the closeness to the Alpharetta Ampitheater and the fact it is a Hyatt. We arrived late at 6:23pm due to traffic even though we left Columbus, GA at 2:30pm. Went to check in and were told room was not ready due to staffing(?). This was extremely upsetting because the concert was to start at 7:30 and we still had to change clothes, do hair and makeup to get ready for the concert. Front desk staff said 15 minutes but it was still not ready then. We didn't get our room until around 7 and this stressed me out really bad. I didn't have enough time to properly get ready for the concert, about 15 minutes and then had to run out the door to catch the shuttle. I did not feel good about how I looked and this bad mood affected me the entire evening. The band was already playing when we were dropped off, I could hear it and this was upsetting as well since I paid a lot of money to see both bands especially Foreigner. I really expected more out of a Hyatt hotel and this being my first stay at one was super disappointing. Also the next morning when we went down to the breakfast about 40 minutes before service was to end, there wasn't any food or coffee left so then we had to spend money to eat breakfast somewhere when we left, which was not planned in my budget. Overall a very bad, stressful stay especially for the money we paid. Pretty sure I will think twice about staying at a Hyatt brand again since nothing about this stay went right.

What I did not like was the breakfast buffet. We got downstairs around 8:15 and it was very crowded and the selection of food did not look very appealing, so we checked out and went somewhere else for breakfast.
-
2 negatives- it took forever to get checked in and there were ants in our rooms sink (every day)
-
Parking was free so that was good and the hotel was very near the venue which was excellent. I loved the to go boxes in the breakfast area, but the breakfast area was small and crowded. I was there on a concert night so it may have just been the way. It is on Big nights like that. It did strike me as odd that we weren’t allowed to check in immediately due to the fact that the rooms weren’t all cleaned but… The staff was awesome and it did not take as long as originally anticipated for check-in. I was not aware of the shuttle prior to checking in, but will definitely take advantage of that next time.

First off was the check in time, check in was at 4 for some reason, we had gotten there at 4:30 and they said the room was not ready and to give them an extra 30ish minutes, we came back around 5:15 and was still told our room was not ready and to give them another 10 minutes or so. Around 6ish,we went back in one last time to see if it was ready so we could get ready before our concert, room again was still not ready. So I had to get ready in the parking lot. On the way to the concert, I finally get the phone call at 6:37 that our room was ready. When we came back after the concert around 11ish, room was finally ready but was given a ground level floor room when I had paid for a high level (honestly wasnt the biggest of my worries at that time) Around midnight, we found out that ceiling our bathroom was leaking, and it was a small leak, you could see the ceiling cracks. Went to the front desk and spoke with Ian (only good thing that had happened), without missing a beat, comped our room for the night.
