The shuttle to the concert. I waited 1 1/2 for a room that wasn't the room with the microwave I paid for eventhough I was re- inburst , I really wanted the microwave. The shuttle was great!

We stayed there for a concert and shuttle to the venue was very nice didn’t have deal parking or traffic

Andrew, at the front desk, could not have been any nicer to us. He is a true professional and great host. I lost my wallet and in the pouring rain, walked us across the parking lot, opened the shuttle van, and found my wallet!. There is no doubt, we will stay there in the future and hope Andrew will be there to greet us!

Stayed here for an event at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Check in started at 4pm, we arrived at 5pm, was told our room wasn’t ready and would be ready in about 20 minutes. We waited in the lobby for nearly an hour before requesting we get into any room available. They said that our room was ready at one point, but people checked in online and they had priority so our room was given to them??That was frustrating and cut into our event time. The breakfast was fine, but minimal. The options were eggs, French toast strips, grits, sausage links, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, juice, and coffee. Would suggest a waffle maker. Overall for a one night stay it was fine and very close to the venue which was nice. The staff was nice. Parking was good and free. They offer a shuttle to the venue, we did not use the shuttle, but I thought that was very convenient.

Was told check in was 4. Room wasn't ready until 630. Bed not comfortable and the curtain did not block light well.

I like how modern the hotel is and the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. they were a little short on help, but they made up for it in service.

Room wasn’t ready and wasn’t what we booked. Some dirty surfaces in the room as well.

The host & hostess at the front desk couldn’t have been any nicer at check in. They have a shuttle for concerts, and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I will stay here again if we’re going to a concert at the Ameris Bank Amphitheater.

We didn’t get to stay, though we reserved and paid in advance through Hotels.com. The person at the desk was clearly annoyed with Hotels.com and said no rooms were available. A man in line was also turned away. We had to book a room at a Doubletree, and were told we’d get a refund. I doubt it will happen until I pursue the issue. Terrible experience.
