The hotel was conveniently located yo downtown Alpharetta, Roswell, shopping and dining, and Ga 400. Free breakfast was one of the better ones I have had.

My room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient to dinner and shopping. The free shuttle to and from the concert we were attending was a major perk! I would definitely stay here in the future.

Our room was a 5th floor king room. It had laminate flooring and a sofa. The room was extremely clean and the shower was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. While we were eating we witnessed the person and the front desk explain the something to a customer multiple times that was honestly not that difficult to understand but the man kept asking questions and the desk clerk stayed very respectful and calm the entire time and was finally able to satisfy the gentleman. I was very impressed with how he handled himself because I was getting frustrated for him.

The room was nice, typical Hyatt semi- suite style. The room was clean except the floors. I asked them to be vacuumed on the 2nd of 4 nights I stayed. They replaced towels but the floors felt rocky and weren’t cleaned. The breakfast was always good. I would stay again it was a good value.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok, the eggs tasted pre-made and they needed a waffle station. The parking lot had litter in it. Overall, we felt taken care of though and the room suited our needs.

Location No power plant. Power was out by the time of check in and they had no way of confirming the reservation.or making keys to the bedroom, no elevator, no AC, etc. Had to change rooms as the one originally assigned to me dis not have the accommodations that I paid for p

Every thing was below average. I will never stay in the place again. I will give them BiG F for everything.

Close to the mall and you can walk to eat The room was hot, we could not get the room to cool down, we ended up buying a box fan, which helped a little bit and the electricity is poorly done. Whenever I would dry my hair the lights would flicker. And one of the night stand lights was extremely dim.
