The bedding was clean, but the appliances, carpet, desk, furniture, shower head and even the curtain were stained, dirty and I didn’t want to touch anything. I checked out asap. Even the fan in the bathroom was caked with filth and the shower head was rusted and dirty. The hairdryer was sticky, scratched, stained and crusty.

A really nice, clean, comfy room close to North Point Mall and that area. Quick access to GA400 and easy to get to anywhere in Atlanta that you wish to go. Good water pressure, right temp, amazing room service/cleaning staff. Amazing, really.

The hotel was in a good location for us and had a clean room with a comfortable bed. At check-in, I asked about checking out later than late check-out and the staff was very accommodating which worked out great. The breakfast area is a little bit small with not a lot of seating but the food offerings were solid and we had no issues.

The staff were very kind. The hotel itself needs a lot off deep cleaning and maintenance, there was a ceiling panel in the hall with fuzzy mold. Stains on couch and box spring . Mold on the lid gor my ice bucket . Towels were very rough and not absorbent, a non smoking room sign on bathroom door had masking tape behind it . Shelves in bath tub were slimy from soap before we used it. There was no stopper in our bath tub. Hallways smelled like marijuana

The fact they charged me $200 damage deposit bc I rented 2 rooms but only gave me back $100 of what they owed me and told me I didn’t pay $200 when I definitely did and showed it on my bank statement.

Close to the venue I was visiting and close to shopping if necessary. The only thing that could be improved was a need for some “grip strips” in the tub/shower. But thankfully the grab bar was there for assistance as well.
