Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta Alpharetta North Point Mall

Bed was hard, air conditioner and refrigerator were loud. Otherwise it was fine for a one night stay.

The room also had significant noise from air-conditioning equipment located behind a thin wall, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, a bright flashing light from a smoke detector/fire alarm was positioned directly above the bed and was distracting throughout the night. I was also surprised that the hotel charged $6 per night for parking. Given that there was plenty of available space and a large shopping mall parking lot directly across the street, this fee felt unnecessary. These issues significantly affected our stay and led us to leave after the first night.

I truly liked everything about this location. Breakfast was amazing every day, place was always clean and smelled great, staff were very friendly, rooms were top notch especially the smart TV's and strong internet connection. By far the best extended stay I've ever stayed at There wasn't anything I disliked.

Location, good price, and comfortable room. The breakfast lacks variety; it’s always the same thing. The sofa bed doesn't have a quality mattress, so we ended up sleeping on the springs

False information online pool was closed for season in summer and I wasn’t aware until after I already paid at the property and the staff member didn’t even inform me of that before paying

Paying to park seems unnecessary. Staff was kind of dry.

That our suite was very spacious and comfortable. Also very appreciative of the early check in. I specifically booked this place for the pool just to find out it was closed when we arrived.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location! Breakfast was great every morning, place was very clean & the staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone I really can't think of anything. They truly exceeded my expectations at Sonesta ES North Point

Big room, lots of space, good location, quiet, comfortable, had everything we needed. The elevator is small, hallways dated

Close proximity to restaurants and a mall We thought the pool would be open but it was not.

It was close to the venue I needed to be at. The staff was excellent N/A

Staff was pleasant. Dirty! The “linen” aka garbage room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years! Every door’s security system was broken! Anyone had access to that hotel at any time. Each exit/entrance door was covered in filth! No room cleaning available. That’s only when you check out. You’re on your own to request towels and it’s your responsibility to take the garbage out. To top it off, they charge for parking! Huh? I should have taken photos. Complaining is not my thing but charging for parking rattled my cage after already experiencing the poor conditions. Go there and see for yourself. You’ll see I’m not over reacting.
