Bad area and bad staff. Upon arriving the staff told me I was on do not rent list. I already fully paid the reservation through expedia. I asked for my refund and the hotel staff told me I have to go through expedia. So I called expedia and they just want to confirm the hotel property that im unable to check in since I was in their do not rent list. But the hotel refused to answer or reply to a phone call and email from expedia. So this place literally rob my money. It smell as soon as you step inside the building. I highly suggest to look elsewhere beside this particular location!

Having a room with a full kitchen but having to "rent" pots/pans and dishes, its pretty much useless

Location Front desk manager, extremely rude, had to pay to get fresh towels. I paid over $500 for a week stay, I believe I should have been able to swap out my used towels for fresh towels without paying an extra fee.. the room has a kitchen with stove, but they dont provide any dishes, not even a cup or spoon.

Room was not much to look at but the mattress and linen were clean. Would’ve given another Cleanliness Star, however, did see one roach when the light was turned on in the bathroom. Didn’t sleep well due to a couple who were having a loud (and long) discussion either next door or in the hall. It was well after midnight as we had just been to a concert. Check-in Clerk was cheerful, attentive, informative and knowledgeable. Hopefully, there’s a remodel in the near future.
