The hotel was closed and there was no staff to communicate to I booked the reservation got there the front desk was locked with a security gate pulled down shut I was told by someone who was staying in the hotel to pick up the after hours telephone where I just got to operate it I said the facility was closed for the night so I don't understand how or why they will take a reservation if they close at a certain time or the third parties that book reservations they should relay this message to them

Very convenient/ clean if you need a place to stay near Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. Only 6 minute drive

Nothing. And ive 3 charges on my card for the same room. They over overbooked my room. I had to find lodging elsewhere

I arrived at 1130 pm. No desk attendant. Waited for 30 minutes before someone showed up to check me and 3 others in. They, or rather YOU overbooked. So I didnt eve get my room. Or my money back EXTEBDED STAY SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. AND I WANT MY $$ BACK

Bad area and bad staff. Upon arriving the staff told me I was on do not rent list. I already fully paid the reservation through expedia. I asked for my refund and the hotel staff told me I have to go through expedia. So I called expedia and they just want to confirm the hotel property that im unable to check in since I was in their do not rent list. But the hotel refused to answer or reply to a phone call and email from expedia. So this place literally rob my money. It smell as soon as you step inside the building. I highly suggest to look elsewhere beside this particular location!

Having a room with a full kitchen but having to "rent" pots/pans and dishes, its pretty much useless

Front desk manager, extremely rude, had to pay to get fresh towels. I paid over $500 for a week stay, I believe I should have been able to swap out my used towels for fresh towels without paying an extra fee.. the room has a kitchen with stove, but they dont provide any dishes, not even a cup or spoon.
