I came in late(12:30am) on July 6 and the night clerk was wonderful. She called me by name and in the morning she still remembered it when I came to breakfast.

I am thankful this hotel allows dogs (pets). I would not have had a place to sleep otherwise.

The hotel was not clean during my stay. The main elevator was out of service, so we had to use a secondary elevator that smelled strongly of marijuana. It was clear that this wing of the hotel is quite neglected and poorly maintained. Housekeeping was only provided every three days, and even then the towels were not changed. The mini-fridge in the room was also not working. Overall, I was very let down by the drop in quality and maintenance. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

The rooms we booked were not available, got ” upgraded”, however, the AC in both rooms were not working but quickly resolved by the most helpful fantastic front desk woman. The upgraded room upon opening the door was occupied by another guest. We got another room and that had also a pair of shoe and socks in the closet. The elevator was not working but there was another not very well maintained which worked out. The breakfast was sufficient but not 4 class level, maybe 2. Overall we had a great stay but I would never recommend or rebook the hotel.

It was good
-
Only one elevator was working for the whole hotel.

And after I changed the original 72 setting to to 74, it changed to blowimg warm air. That confuses me so I changed back to original 72 and eventually blow cold. The AC should not change cold to heat! And the the room is connected to another room and those people talked loud and had TV very loud beyond any reason for 6 hours.

Staff was very rude . Not helpful at all
-
It was full of cockroaches, and I found a very disgusting bone under the pillow—and it wasn't a chicken bone.
-
Nice towels. In general run down and not maintained.

I was informed that for an extended stay, the room would be cleaned on the third day of our stay. Not once during our 5 day stay was the room cleaned. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. The free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, everyday was the same option of microwaved sausage patties and rubbery eggs. The only choice for toast was white bread and plain bagels. No whole grain options. They did have a limited selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt, and instant oatmeal. There was no instant grits, what southern hotel doesn’t have grits. On the positive side the hotel is located near Roswell, Alpharetta, and Ga. 400.

When we first got to our room the toilet was broken, called downstairs and they never sent any one up, found maintenance myself in the elevator and brought him up, during the time he was there we discovered the outlet didn’t work, he told us to just use a different plug. Our a/c didn’t work after we got back from the concert, and when we called downstairs they said there was nothing they could do because maintenance didn’t come in until 10 the next day. It was very hot !!! Continental breakfast wasn’t set up until later in the morning after we had already went out for breakfast. It was terribly dirty. We found a shoe near the elevator and a used IV needle laying in the floor with blood and tape on it that stayed there for hours even after telling front desk, who again said housekeeping came in later. The elevator was broken in front so everyone had to stand in line for the one in back that was super slow. I spoke to front desk with every complaint and they did nothing

I am not recommending anyone to book this hotel . The staff was being very rude

Location Dirty and dark hallways. One elevator was not working. The room was damp feeling. No bodywash nor conditioner in the he shower. Hair balled up in clean towels. Breakfast was shiny cubed eggs. I guess they were supposed to be scrambled eggs. Oh and the tv’s. They have a mind of their own. It worked sometimes and sometimes you wanted to throw it out the window. It’s time to update them. Also time for the purple wall’s to go

Double beds were ok but not very comfortable. Pillows were too squishy and flattened causing neck pain.

Nothing Nothing

They charged me for an extra night, the breakfast wasn't fresh at all, and the staff's attitude was dismissive.

The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was great. Easy check-in and check out.
