It was a great stay. I was on a business trip and really like having the workspace away from the sleep space.

The girls enjoyed the pool, although the water was not very warm! The breakfast was excellent as well as the Social Hour drinks!

The room was clean. The staff were nice. We did not get to go to the social hour, breakfast or use the pool. All the facilities looked clean. The only downside was the downstairs shop closing at 11 pm and the elevators. They're extremely slow and kind've sketchy. The hotel is in a nice area of town.

Upon entering the facility, the staff was super super nice and attentive to our needs, and after we unpacked and came back down, we realized we left our toothbrushes and they had them and gave them to his complementary, which is also a super nice service! The facility was very clean and breakfast was very good

This was our 3rd visit, and everything was essentially the same, but the hvac was not really effective. Ran constantly, but temp and humidity were never quite right.

The staff was great, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooms are clean. They could use a little updating.

In town for an overnite visit….decent beds and wonderful breakfast w/ special order omelets to boot….would stay here again for sure… nice pool and exercise room

Many of the staff have no empathy at all. Check in was at 4pm, I had booked 2 rooms and one of them was given to me 1.5 hours later.

Could use 2 elevators instead of one in the whole building

Super friendly staff. Especially enjoyed having conversations with Pierre at the front desk; he was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great, and I loved the free happy hour drinks. My only small gripe was the room's carpet. It was filled with stains, so I really didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot. I realize it's hard to maintain because of all the foot traffic, and some people don't respect other people's property. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would return to Embassy Suites.
