It was our second time staying there and will probably stay there again in the future.

Hotel staff is always so friendly. Breakfast and bar staff are so helpful!

Great breakfast andfreindly staff

Our family's go to whenever we are visiting the area. The bartender his name was Shawn he was very short with his answers when asked a question however, it only seemed he was that way with a "certain " demographic. Not rude however just acted as though he was flustered when we asked a simple question about a drink at the bar.

It was nice and in a good location

Warm and welcoming staff. Beautiful restaurant and lobby/sitting area with water feature. Quiet, relaxing, and clean.

For a Embassy Suite Hotel there were like a furniture the room needed up upgrade. I will disappoint it of a couch a chair and only a death in the living room. The housekeeper did a good job cleaning the room. Front desk lady that checked us in was really hospitable and knowledge us of what was going on in the hotel. Tina manager reception was very friendly outgoing. The breakfast was good and this breakfast staff made sure that they kept the area clean no food on the carpet and no dirty dishes on the table when people got up they made sure they cleaned it off right away.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest staff! We loved our mini stay that we had they are super sweet and very attentive. The hotel was really nice.

We love the breakfast in the morning, and the cocktails in the evening. The new pool looked fantastic. We'll be back next time we're in town.

Good Location

Nothing One elevator works good was nasty and greasy I was not told any thing about the room when paying and was double charged I made double bookings in the reference if I couldn’t get into my other booking to manage it so I made a mother to make sure we had a room for the night and I’m pretty sure I’ll be charged the third time for one night we also got to meeting vouchers when we had three ppl and was told nothing more we got to our event and had no money to even have a drink due to being charged fees and shit we wasn’t warned told about before we was charged another one fifty so the math don’t add up not happy won’t be coming back here
