In town for an overnite visit….decent beds and wonderful breakfast w/ special order omelets to boot….would stay here again for sure… nice pool and exercise room

Many of the staff have no empathy at all. Check in was at 4pm, I had booked 2 rooms and one of them was given to me 1.5 hours later.

Could use 2 elevators instead of one in the whole building

Super friendly staff. Especially enjoyed having conversations with Pierre at the front desk; he was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great, and I loved the free happy hour drinks. My only small gripe was the room's carpet. It was filled with stains, so I really didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot. I realize it's hard to maintain because of all the foot traffic, and some people don't respect other people's property. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would return to Embassy Suites.

The rooms are spacious suites and happy hour. Unfortunately, the pool was not accessible, awaiting inspection after construction.

My air conditioning wasn’t working even after maintenance came to fix it and when I told the front desk regarding how it impacted my stay they just said they’ll see if I can get some points other than that it was nice but sleeping hot is not good sleeping at all
