It was solid stay.

We came for a softball tournament. We shared a suite with another family, it was very spacious. The breakfast was great. The pool area was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and wanted to make sure everyone had what they needed whether it was at breakfast or passing in the hall. We will definitely stay again.

A nice stay at convenient location. The staff where helpful. The room was just what we needed. We thought the air conditioner was pretty loud, but did cool the space.

The property overall was lovely and the two bedroom suite worked perfectly for our needs. What would have elevated the rating to five star would be better appointed gym and kitchen.

Older property that is adequately maintained. Sleeper sofa was bad but bed ok. Knew had 3 guests but no bedding for sofa or extra towels in room.

The hotel was okay. My room had a broken soap container which came off the tile in the bathroom. They only clean the room once which is different, and its when you leave, I stayed for 4 days. When you're trash, cans are full you have to change them yourself and leave it outside your door it would be taking out. I had to ask for garbage bags so I can replace them myself.To make sure I didn't have garbage for my 4 day stay. I had to ask for extra towels daily because they don't take the use one till you leave.

My reservation was for seven days. However, we could not handle the unpleasant smell in the room. We arrived on a Monday and were told that room service was NOT to be provided until Sunday? The I opened the sofa bed for my son; this was unacceptable: the mattress was not in condition for human utilization.

When i arrived the staff was calling management that a woman complained 4 diff rooms they put her in were dirty. I would not stay here again

I love where my room was it was at the end and when I walked in it was so comfortable so live in it was really perfect clean bed was excellent the mattress was truly truly perfect I slept late every time I go to Alpharetta that's the hotel I will be staying in

Room was suited our needs perfectly. Spacious and comfortable. Didn't find any creamer for the coffee in the room. That's the only minor grievance.
