I want to commend the lady that worked 7.29.26 on the late 2am shift, we ran out of toliet tissue and she was nice enough to bring some up to our room, thank you! As for housekeeping, i asked for my room to be cleaned and they told me i missed the 8am deadline, which I had no idea of so I could not get a cleaning, plus the housekeeper on my floor was not nice at all, she did not even try to say let me help you with front desk to get on schedule, for that reason I will not be staying at this hotel again, as I've never been told that we're not cleaning your room due to the fact you've passed the 8am deadline and if that's the case, that should be illustrated during check-in. Pool is also not dirty but not the best kept either. Rooms have an older musty smell and the tub can tell have built up dirt around them to be a newer facility.

Clean and accessible from the main areas of Alpharetta. However, for the cost it is overpriced. No luxury features, very thin walls, cheap material inside

Overall very nice, spacious and comfortable, barking dog in the room next door, however, not fun. Barked through the night

This was a great location!! I would love to see them replace the carpet in areas, but the breakfast, staff, and location were fantastic.

Guest Landry was a mess. You have to download an app and load a minimum of $10 on it but it’s only $1.50 per load so a lot of wasted money if you aren’t washing multiple loads. Also asked for a late checkout so my daughter could take a quick shower after ok wit her games and even as a Hilton Honors member they wouldn’t honor it. We just asked for 1 extra hour on a Sunday when they were dead. Super disappointed.

The property is clean. The location is great if you’re visiting Alpharetta. There is a cozy workout area with a convenient laundry. I didn't take the opportunity to visit the pool. My room was a kitchenette of sorts. The guests are allowed to walk with their dogs unleashed. The cleanup staff seemed a little bothered by my request for fresh linen.
