I asked for an additional room so everyone would have a place to sleep, but the hotel charged me another $90. The staff explained that there was an error in their booking system. This was the hotel’s mistake, not mine, and we were never informed about the issue before arriving. I do not believe customers should have to pay extra to fix a problem caused by the hotel’s own system. The hotel should take responsibility, and I believe the additional $90 charge should be refunded. To make matters worse, our room key cards repeatedly did not work, and we could not open our doors. I had to spend additional time waiting for staff to fix them. It was already very late, and my family was tired and needed to rest. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing stay. We did not receive the rooms we booked, were charged extra because of the hotel’s error, and had repeated problems accessing our rooms. I hope management takes responsibility and refunds the additional $90.

Location This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott property. Housekeeping repeatedly failed to show up despite multiple requests, and even when they did, they forgot to replace towels and restock toilet paper. Although breakfast was included in my booking, it was unavailable on several mornings because staff said they were “waiting for the delivery / person” (seriously), and after a false fire alarm at 2:00 AM forced everyone to evacuate, the hotel never even apologized or acknowledged the disruption. The service throughout my stay has been disappointing and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the standard Marriott experience.

Clean Breakfast experience- No coffee one day, no creamer the other, and very limited food.

Overall, good hotel and decently clean. But there were nail clippings on the floor next to the bed, so I’m not sure how thoroughly rooms are cleaned. The curtain in the bedroom was slightly broken too so didn’t fully close.

Nothing To start with, I booked for 5 people but the room only had 2 queen beds for 4 people. There was no arrangement for a roll on bed or anything to accomodate the 5th person. The staff told us since you booked through booking.com they are not responsible. Upon checking in we found the bathroom floor was dirty and even had a used water bottle lying on the floor. We requested to change but other room was dirty too.

The breakfast definitely needs an improvement. Overall stay was good.

Key system was down for more then 4days, so you could not get in your room. I ask for a compensation but the never got back to me. They kept pushing it off to the management and said there is no response.

Rooms were very nice. Refrigerator very small and not cold enough. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Staff was exceptional.

the quality beats other hotels with the same price. we were 5 minutes away from cute restaurants/cafes/shops. staff was helpful and friendly, food was good. our AC was pretty loud which wasn’t a huge deal but something to note. the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. for 2 young girls on a budget having a weekend getaway, this was the perfect place to stay!

Nice area and very clean. There were no washcloths in my room when I arrived. The breakfast was just okay, not well stocked and minimal choices. Not your typical continental breakfast. Still a good choice based on price, free parking and free breakfast.
