Everything was great but we were given keys to our room, we opened the door and another family was there watching TV. With another trip to guest desk explained what happened and we were given another room. Once we got settled in we realized the AC couldn't be adjusted. Other than that everything was great.

Our rooms were clean. We had multiple rooms and the staff put us all near each other. They are dog friendly, even offered our pup a dog biscuit!

I made the reservation for Saturday 28 to Sunday the 29th. When I arrived I was informed that my reservation was for Friday the 27th to Saturday the 28, and it was cancelled. So I had no choice but to pay again for the one night. I will not return!

Malcolm, who works at the hotel, was awesome! He was so helpful, patient, and accommodating. The overall hotel wasnt one Id suggest. The fridge in the room couldnt even keep anything cold. Our food spoiled. The phone in the room was dead and kept beeping due to low battery. However, it wouldnt charge. So, I couldnt call downstairs. The TV wouldnt cast from my phone like it stated. I had to call the 800 number twice just to connect. Just wasnt as comfortable as it could've been.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel felt safe and was in a convenient location. The air conditioning worked great, which was definitely appreciated after being out all day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
