Liked the closeness to the local restaurants and shopping areas. When we first arrived which was before check in, we had to use the public restroom. I walked in and there were paper towels laying on the floor. I entered the stall and there were paper towels on the floor and no towels left in the dispenser. Not a good first impression. But my wife said the ladies restroom was clean. Breakfast was very good. Had a good variety of food and drinks. Front desk people were very polite and helpful. Room was very nice and better than expected.

The room is clean and tidy, and the staff were so kind and helpful, I love the breakfast that was served, taste so fresh and healthy. The air conditioning system is also top-notch! I'll definitely be back again if I am around ATL.

Liked that I did not have to pay for parking as was the case last time. No problem finding parking spaces. Staff friendly, lobby and room very clean. Breakfast not bad but could have been a little better (Fruit bowl a little sparce, fruit not cut up enough, French toast strips hard). Room very nice, large, with good amenities. Very inviting, clean.

It was a great deal for location but luxury it is not. They need to focus on room furnishings upgrades (couch) that was worn and stained and how the sink drained very SLOW. Definitely, not on top of my list to stay, but, if they have a good price deal for a day, I will book. However, the staff I encountered (front desk agent and a maintenance engineer in hallway) was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. This hotel gets a 3.5 star rating from me because of the overlooked details of property.

Everything was fine- they list as being pet friendly- they severely price gauge for pets in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed in. We ended up having to hire a pet sitter last minute for 1/3 of the cost it would’ve been to bring them. This greatly deters me from staying at a Hyatt property in the future.
