Breakfast must get better. I’ve stayed quite a bit lately to be closer to my doctors. The orange juice, the oatmeal and the coffee are too watered down. I wouldn’t serve that coffee to anyone. Please address these items.

I loved they served breakfast every morning. My children enjoyed the pool during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The place is very close to the plaza, very centric. I lied the cleaning and the spacious room. The room have everything you need. Thanks to Chris and all the staff for helping us and make a good stay. I recommend this very much.

Exactly what was expecting close to highway and any restaurant or store you could dream of

The breakfast in the morning is nice. The property itself was disappointing. We stayed here while I was having surgery. I needed to leave two days earlier than expected so I could get home for recovery. We tried talking to the manager on multiple occasions and she refused to refund us for the two days extra we had paid for . We left earlier regardless. We had to switch rooms before leaving because the room was not as advertised. The bathroom was so small that the door could not be closed while you were sitting on the toilet. The shower curtain rod was broken so the shower curtain couldn’t be closed to shower. The carpeting on the floor in the living/kitchen area felt extremely cold and damp. Not all of the electrical plugs worked and there are not many, we had to unplug a light to plug in a computer to charge.

It was too crowded to eat when we were ready.

Nice property. Very good breakfast selection. Little difficult entry to property due to construction.

Overally I was not satisfied

No microwave in rooms. Made it very inconvenient. I've visited this hotel as of last year around the same time and they still haven't repaired the main back entrance door. The gym is a bit small and I can really stretch on the floor without hitting equipment. Construction is still ongoing where entrance of the hotel is. This makes it difficult to locate the hotel without a GPS. Sidewalk is also closed for foot traffic. Love the location and that everything is within walking distance including auto shops. Staff was amazing and friendly. Thank you Vee for making me feel at ease during my stay as I was in town for a family emergency. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Wished the pool hours were later.

Kudos for providing daily housekeeping services. Not many hotels do any more. They use Ovid cutbacks to justify reducing the number of employees. Keep America employed… demand daily housekeeping services!

bed was ok but pillows sucked. only about a dozen channels on tv available. the worst of all tho was the carpet!!! felt like we were on a dirt floor.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great value for the price would definitely stay here again
