Lobby area is very nice Room has no basic facilities like Lotion etc , Very much disappointed on breakfast which we paid at the time of booking . Very limited choices in breakfast Most of the place we stayed had Buffet and in this place it was small menu from which one has pick up one hot or two cold items along with coffee or Juice

I called the hotel to inquire about the pet fee and was told it was $100. When I checked in, I was informed the fee was $100 plus $20 per night which is utterly ridiculous. The hotel states they have a bistro/restaurant. They do not. They have a menu that you can order pre cooked food which is rewarmed in a microwave. The rooms are old and in need of repair.

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Cold AC, great areas to hang out with friends and clients inside AND outside. Big rooms, VERY CLEAN. Staff were beyond kind and accommodating. Love the bar!!! Honestly loved most of it. Yes, it’s perhaps a little older/outdated but it’s still an amazing stay. I go here every time we have a horse show. Wish the bar was open everytime. We look forward to drinks Fridays and Saturdays BUT quite often they are understaffed and no one is there working Bar.

Staff were super sweet! Rooms could use some updating but that’s more a personal preference. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The courtyard area is really nice. We enjoyed the pool and the gym.

TV in the room did not work The super couldn’t fix We just ignored and enjoyed our trip anyway Otherwise 5 stars Staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Very friendly and helpful!

We found a drug pipe in the pull out coach and the mattress was dirty. We booked a suite and there were two twin pull out coaches, one was in the bedroom. It wasn’t ideal for privacy and I had to move mattresses. Staff said we would get a refund, but the manager never approved it. I highly recommend you not booking here.

It was clean, we had no housekeeping on Saturday.
