Leaky air conditioning, moldy rooms very dirty rooms was property is in very poor condition and would never stay there again

Clean and comfortable. Staff is always professional and helpful. The bed is comfy and the shower pressure is great! We love staying here!

The whole hotel was clean. The employees was attentive. One guest didn't like how she cooked her waffle, left it sitting on the counter and an employee quickly tossed it and cleaned the counter.I dealt with Shantivous on check in and check out, and Takayla on the first morning. They were wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Hotel

Breakfast was great! The second day we had egg white crust less quiche type options and they were delicious! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted in the shower smelled great and are always a plus! The not so good: second floor smelled musty from the second we stepped off the elevator. Carpets in the room and hallways were very stained and we found a worm on the floor in our room.

The toilet in my room was in operable and I had to go off property to use a restroom in a restaurant. Their staff responded not so urgently. I had to explain the importance of having a workable toilet in a room you paid for… my take away from the experience is the staff needs to be trained on the sense of urgency and not be clueless.

But the clogged was not we made it already there for long time... So I called the front and they finally changed the room for us, but the other room was not cleaned also... I was hoping that if you could down the star rated on your site should be 1 or not listed.. I spent more than $100 per night for this hotel, I'm not trying to get refund from you but you should do some action for you for your reputation.

This is the third time I’ve come to the Springhill suites the first time the front desk. The staff was exceptional. Great service great attitude. Great smile at the front desk warm welcome so my last day was even better when I come back to Alpharetta that’s my place to stay thank you for a great service. I love the ladies at the front desk. All of them was great well mannered really nice going.

I am a guest or an employee, I already prepaid but Expedia said the hotel would not return the rest of the money and Expedia didn’t do anything for me So now both of them lost my businesses

I liked the secluded feeling location for this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was nice. I didn't get to taste the breakfast because I had to leave before it opened, but I was able to grab yogurt and a banana for the road. There was a group of teenagers who were being loud under my window late a night and I couldn't get the phone in my room to work to call the front desk. But when I went downstairs to ask the front desk to tell the group to quiet down, she was super helpful.

Don’t bother ask for any special request. They won’t bother to do any of them. I asked for an upper floor room away from the elevator and 2 extra pillows. I got the first floor with the first room past the elevator. Also guess what. No extra pillows. The worst thing was the hair that was left in the shower. Disgusting. Other than all that the hotel is ok.

There was a frog in the room and we told the staff and they were not helpful. The staff member said it was reported to management and even after waiting for 2 hours, we did not get any help. We left the room and did not get refunded. There was wire rack in the room which had sharp edges and were not capped. It caused cuts on our hand.

I will not stay at this property anymore VERY dirty we stayed for 2 nights and asked for the room to be clean and came back and dirty towels were still in the bathroom dish towels wasn’t replace and the room smells like someone smoked inside just nasty
