Ashley at the front desk was amazing! Shower broke 1st night....was promised a refund but never received.

We had a great experience with this hotel. I broke my leg and they quickly accommodated me at check-in by allowing us to check in early, giving us a handicap accessible room, and the lady at the front desk helped me bring all my stuff to my room, everything was clean and will maintain the pool had towels for the kids to use when they got out they have a volleyball court and a basketball court along with grills and a bonfire area I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel thank you!

The front desk attendant was very helpful and pleasant Smelled like mildew and wasn’t clean.

Breakfast included, plenty of parking and pets friendly. Pool was available, basketball courts, and even a grill. It felt a little bit crowded, maybe because we were so close to the pool and basketball court that there was so much noise and people yelling. After a two days road trip, we really needed to get some rest, so it's not a good option if you're looking for peace and quiet. Also, I love pets, but our next-door neighbors had two big dogs, and they were barking all night.

I paid for a room with a balcony,I didn't get one

The hotel requested $100 deposit during the check in and promised to return it immediately after check out. However, it was never returned

First room smelled like marijuana. Front desk worker promptly gave us another room. Second room smelled like pet urine. Furniture has torn and damaged. The entire property smelled like marijuana. We cancelled reservation and located another hotel. Expedia was no help in correcting the issue.

Clean and comfortable I was unaware that there were separate buildings so I was initially placed in a building far from the check-in (where I had to drive around back and walk to get to my building) and for someone staying alone, this was not comfortable for me. I was able to call and get my room switched closer which made me feel more comfortable. The staff was nice about it!

Rooms are not clean

The property was amazing. I love the idea of staying in apartments as opposed to hotel rooms. We had a two bedroom suite very reasonable prize breakfast the next morning to buy one of the best breakfast I have had at a hotel.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen appliances in the apartment were clean, bed linen was also clean, and the bathroom was somewhat acceptable only some visible dirt and dust around the bath and toilet area, otherwise, it was okay. The bedroom furniture and throughout the apartment were run down and some needed replacing. The arm chair was torn at the side, and the sponge from the chair was visibly sticking out. The sofa bed had cracks in the material and it looked worn and outdated. The carpets throughout the apartment looked dirty and stained, the carpets certainly need to be changed.

There were no problems encountered

I love the property. Great Location . Great staff!! Amazing breakfast The only thing I did not like about the property is the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. It was a dirty behind the headboard and behind the toilet in the bathroom.
