Large clean room and great staff

We spent the night of 4th of July with our kids and we enjoyed the pools and the breakfast as well

Didn't like anything about the property help or amenaties

The layout of the hotel was somewhat inconvenient, with only one elevator bank, and the bathroom design felt a bit awkward—the toilet was placed very close to the door, which barely cleared it. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and customer service was easy to work with, which made the overall stay a good experience.

Walls are paper thin, but the room service and room were great. You could just hear every single sound in the hallways… door slamming etc. I probably won’t stay there again.

Location and Staff were excellent. Construction going on outside room and Jackhammer going off starting at 8am. Was able to switch room's and from 3rd to 8th floor and on opposite side off construction. Still was woken up by drilling noise. Just not as loud. Also found a quetip in the bed on 8th floor. Other than that it was great.

The staff were friendly and the location is ideal and beautiful. I found multiple hairs in the shower, as well as a pair of eyelashes on the carpet. It immediately made me suspicious as to how well the rest of the room was cleaned. Based off of other people’s reviews, I’m going to safely assume that this was just a fluke. I would stay here again.

Overall Great stay

Our room was very nice. I loved the shower. We. were there for the weekend to see the Braves, and visit family so the location worked very well for us. We did have buffet breakfast there on Sunday morning before we left and there was plenty to choose from. All in all, it was a good stay for us.

Everything was excellent. Love the renovation process.

The way there took care of us on our visit was top tier

Clean and quiet for needed rest

The shower head didn't work. I asked the women at check-out to please make sure I got credited the Marriott points and the points never showed up to my Marriott Bonvoy rewards. The only reason I stayed there was to get the points. It was very expensive and in need of a makeover. I expected a much better room based on what I paid.

The buffet breakfast is soooo delicious! Awesome!

This is my second visit to the property and as a rewards member I was pleased with the room, hotel and property. I do not have any complaints and was only there 2 days and had not issues. I did not have time to enjoy the amenities or the food there. I was on a business trip and the time was tight with me arriving late at night the day before and leaving / flying out Saturday night. I had maybe 8 actual hours of sleep between the 2 days there.

We were made to feel welcome I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family

The hotel was really nice and clean.I found their customer service excellent.But the hotel is about 40 minutes from Atlanta.The location is a disadvantage.The drugstore, other restaurants and eateries are far from walking distance if you dont have a car.You are stuck to eating at their restaurant.The lobby area is very small
