The staff were friendly. The room was outdated but clean, which is more important to me. I would stay again.

Staff was rude my fiancé bracelet was stolen they also make up there on rules.

They could use more handy cap parking space’s especially in the back of the building there are none. We hand to park in the back 5 nights during our stay because the front lot was full.

I want to say this with so much love and respect but I was quite confused by the reviews and ratings of this hotel compared to my experience. There were large amounts of construction workers around that were smoking in the front of the lobby door when we arrived (smoke and do your thing just not in front of the lobby door). Next, the room smelled like someone smoked in it and it was covered up using heavy amounts of Lysol spray. Additionally, the smoke detector kept flashing throughout the night. I assume it had a low battery. Lastly, the alarm clock and phone were also disruptive during the middle of the night. It was extremely difficult to sleep in this room and would not recommend anyone stay here. Positively, the Employee of the Month, Robin, was awesome at the front desk!

Everything was as expected. I would stay there again.

The rooms were muggy and had a smell of mildew. One of our rooms was worse than the other. The breakfast was decent it was good enough to get our families going without having to get a breakfast out. The staff were very nice, they were working the best with what they had. If I hadn't been with others I would have requested another room and if it were good I'd say I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was rundown and hallways had dirty floors. Staff was not friendly and almost confrontational about everything. Room was clean and adequate but glad we only had to stay for one night.

Everything was good!! I enjoyed my stay!!

The front desk female seemed to have no personality whatsoever. We asked for extra towels because we had children with us and they wouldn't give them to us. So we had to share towels with the children. I had to use a hand towel as a wash cloth because we only had two bath towels and two wash cloths. There were two adults and two children in the room.

I didn’t like anything about the stay, the room I was in had a bad smell and bugs were also in it. I didn’t even stay, I gave them the key back and went home to stay in the dark, but clean place. I will never go again, then I lost money because I didn’t get it back

While the Main Reception area and Dining Room area were recently updated, the same can't be told for the carpeted areas leading to the rooms. Plus, my room had a very "musty" odor that was not good.

Its exactly what I pay for!
