Red Roof Inn Chicago - Alsip

The room was dirty and uncomfortable very humid the bathroom was dirty and the air conditioner had mold under it. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my items because it was so many people standing outside around. There wasn’t a true lock to lock the door at night also it was a waste of money

The property was not cleaned and the atmosphere smell was terrible.

Nice little place nice easy parking eating places in the area shopping convenient as well movie theater very nice

If you’re just looking for a place to rest and get back on the road for low cost, this location will do. Not recommended for families for long stay. There are no typical amenities, not even coffee in the lobby, despite there being a coffee machine being present.

Nothing works, very dirty

This place was so dirty, I could not bring myself to stay there. There were hair on the mattress, underneath the the sheet, and overall, I did not feel safe staying there. There was what appeared to be illegal activity going on in the parking lot, there were arguments I didn’t spend one night there . I felt too unsafe. I booked a room at a different hotel. I would really like my money back. Thank you

Absolutely terrible, when I had arrived and checked in they gave me a room and when I went to check it out there was somebody already in there. The door latch was on and I heard people inside, so I returned to the desk got another room and when I took a look at that one it was pure disgust. Blood on the sheets, shoes in the room, stains all over the wall, cobwebs and spiders crawling around. Pretty sure there were people living in this hotel too. Didn't look anything like the pictures on line. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau this place needs to be shut down, and I need my money back.

The room smells so bad the room was a disaster completely, everything was dirty from the jump. we absolutely hated the stay and do not recommend this hotel. tvs dont work and the wifi didn’t even work from the beginning. One of the maintenance dudes was real cool tho shoutout him

Nothing, Booking.com should be ashamed to keep this on their list The entire property smelled heavily of marijuana, and the rear side of the accommodation was particularly unpleasant and poorly maintained. The room itself had a strong vomit-like odor, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I reported these issues to the staff, but no action was taken to address my concerns. The bathroom was in very poor condition as well, matching the overall state of the hotel. Even basic fixtures were problematic—the hot water knob was installed in reverse, adding to the frustration.

Run down not as pictured on web site door was broke ac was not working going into error every few hrs they just unplug it for a few seconds then plug it back it didn't have my rooms I paid for 6 weeks in advance had to down size from 2 beds to 1 with no accommodation saying we'll the rooms are more now so they wouldn't compensate me

It was good but downstairs smelled like cigarettes sometimes.

Everything was very clean. The staff was extremely polite.
