Double Tree never disappoints, room and hotel were clean Staff were helpful I would recommend this place

Property was nice and clean, staff was exceptional!!

Hotel is VERY tired and needs a complete overhaul.

We checked in around 3pm money was immediately taken out from my account . We stayed for 1 night immediately we checked out in the morning we received another notification money was taken out again we quickly went to the reception and showed proof of payment charged X2 $450 they were not helpful instead they informed us to call the bank which we did. The bank confirmed that the Hotel took payment X2 they have to refund our money or we should file a dispute. Waited 1 week no payment came we filled a dispute. This is a disappointment

The room was clean but some how after we entered the room we all started sneezing also there was water getting colkected in bath tub when u took bath... breakfast was ok not much vegeterian options available but good for non veg.

Great stay. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable; and of course the cookies were great!!!

I loved it

It was ok. Initially when I arrived it was two woman at the counter, a young Hispanic woman and an older Caucasian woman. The Hispanic woman was helping a customer and the Caucasian woman had her head down in the computer. I approached the Caucasian woman because she looked up and smiled so I approached her counter and she looked up and said she’ll assist you when she’s done. I’m like oh wow, ok. But she was so nice and gracious that it allowed me to overlook the other woman ignorance.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was polite, professional, and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent customer service.

My stay was overall pleasant and convenient, especially with the reliable and punctual airport shuttle service. However, the hotel is starting to show its age, with the carpets looking quite worn in some areas. It was a good experience. I would rebook. Thank you.

Not worth $300. Expected better and hope for some type of price adjustment for my two rooms.

Staff was very friendly

Hello, I went to check this hotel out because its located right in the parking next to my job. When you walk in it looks beautiful I asked to see the pool and the front desk woman supervisor was very helpful so I booked a double bed. When I got to the property they had one person working the front desk with staff around who refused to help her. They first gave me a room on the first floor that smnelled like cigarettes and mildew I came back had to stand in a long line because nobody was helping the poor woman at the front desk I waited for about 15 minutes and requested another room , I got the other room that was not that clean there were wrappers left in there from the previous guest. Then I noticed a bug on the ceiling my husband killed it no big deal. The two biggest upsets were that the internet would not connect to my devices to watch movies and to work. I called for help the night manager a man came to my room and was trying to be helpful but we couldn't get it to connect. The pool smelled like it needed some cleaning, and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds i've ever slept on. I am upset spending over $200 at this property.

Jordan trainee was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He recommended the restaurant at the hotel and noted that the burger was excellent. My family and I went to the restaurant and got the burger and Jordan was absolutely correct. The 2 gentlemen that served us at the restaurant were equally phenomenal. Both at dinner and at the breakfast buffet. The next day the room was clean, and. Roomy. The cookies were obviously wonderful as well. I had a great experience! My only negative critique was that one of the elevators was out of water. However, there wasn't a major delay in elevator usage. So, not a major issue

It was a really nice room. Bed was comfortable. Tv was awesome. Not my first visit to Double Tree in Alsip and definitely wont be my last.

2, Do not pay for the breakfast. There was a thick short hair in the eggs. Like maybe a beard clipping. Definitely wasn't mine or my daughter's

They are so great clean rooms

Great stay, quiet and staff was very friendly. Also, the breakfast buffet was good.
