We stay at this hotel 3-6 nights a year when we visit our children and grandchildren in Evergreen Park.

I checked in the room. I reported that tge sink was not working. They sent a maintenance man ti fix the sink only to find out he couldn't offered me another room which couldn't accommodate my needs. Because of the size of the bed. So I was never accommodated for the inconvenience. Then they proceeded to charge me for a bottle of water🤔

It was very nice, booked the hotel not even realizing it was where the conference I was attending was, so it was a nice surprise. Very clean, staff was very friendly.

Easy mobile check-in and check-out.

I love I was able to stay in the same hotel as my party. Love all of the accommodations!

Great stay! Staff was nice. Hotel is clean. Room is clean. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is decent. Parking is convenient. We didn’t try the restaurant as it was pricey and didn’t offer many kids options. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is very clean and I was impressed how nice it was for the price. Traveled from out of town for a concert at the Credit 1 amphitheater. Very affordable and decent location to get to food and other amenities in the area.

Loved having an airport shuttle, food was good, staff was great!

Excellent all the way around. Friendly staff

Room wasn’t ready on time had to wait an extra hour. Manager didn’t care it helped in any way besides saying sorry. The halls smelled our room also didn’t get cleaned while we were out and in a sketchy area.

Parking was easy and the hotel was clean.

Ron the Manager very rude. He was nasty his breath was very stank and he smelled like poo and wet cigarette ashes.

Everything By me begin a hotel manager I do know that maintenance and hotel managements was suppose to let the people whomis paying money to stay that the water was going to be cut off for some hours.. I got ready to get into the shower and there was no water. I had to call the front desk and then she had to contact maintenance to see whats going on. When things like that go on everyone should be intune about the whole situation, so that you want have anger customers. We couldn't even flush the toilet. More and better communication is the key. I had to miss an appointment because I couldn't use the bathroom.
