The room was really nice The bed was worn in, and it caved in when you sat on it.

Due to an unstable internet connection, my booking went through three times. When I mentioned this at the front desk, I was advised to contact Booking.com support, which is incredibly slow to respond. I managed to cancel one of the bookings thanks to the property—they actually refunded the full amount—but I was charged a no-show fee for the third booking, even though Booking.com had promised to sort everything out. The booking was for September 3rd; today is October 3rd, and the penalty fee still hasn't been refunded.

Good location, just grabbed a bagel w/cream cheese and a couple of muffins. No tv…was told the whole facility was without Direct TV and Direct TV would not come out to check over the weekend. Toilet backed up. Carpet in the hallway was wet from water leaking from the ceiling.

Staff was great! Room was clean but shower somehow leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel is right next to the interstate if that's an issue for you. Air conditioner drowns most of it out. Breakfast is free - a bit lacking compared to some but coffee was decent. If you are on the second floor you do have to haul your bags up, there is no elevator.

Nice clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Wish the pillows were a little better but over all would stay again.

I have a walker. The gentleman helped get an ada room, helped me to my room with my dog and then helped me relocate my car since the distance was really far. I was tired, and he went the extra mile.

Have stayed here 3 times passing through Amarillo and would stay again.

Bed fairly comfortable. The place is falling apart at the seams, very noisy, barking dogs, alarm somewhere went off, smells horrible and moldy.

Located directly off the highway, which was very convenient. Perfect for a good nights sleep.
