Four Points by Sheraton Amarillo Central

Unpleasant odor, I think was from the carpet,

Nice facility, friendly staff and helpful, very good breakfast and beautiful surroundings. The bed was comfortable, but the linens were too heavy and bulky.

Breakfast was fine with me. I very much enjoyed the dinners as well. Prices were a little high to me but, I guess that was to be expected. Blind in room was broken and would not work. Water in sink Arely got lukewarm warm. I expected more consideration for the price paid. Also ran out of both tissue and toilet paper.

I thought breakfast was included from the booking. Didn’t say cost 5.99 person. Thought that was misleading. Had accessible room and water went over floor to door. Had to use extra towels to stop from running over threshold and towards sink.

A wonderful stay. The lobby and room was very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Check in and out process were quick and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, smelled nice and the bed was so comfortable. I would return.

Great restaurant and breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was so clean and the staff were very helpful.

🙂

Exceptional

Exceptional

Staff wouldn’t allow food delivery person to room and I wasn’t able to leave (they wouldn’t bring it up). The hotel is in a sketchy location and there isn’t ample secure parking. Extremely loud road noise.

Room temperature stayed consistent, clean, and bed was mostly comfortable. The side door was not working with the key so we had to go around to load and unload and not enough luggage carts so there wasn't one to use the morning we left and also the ice machine didn't work on our floor.

The property has nice modern western feel. The food waa good and is reasonable price.

This was our 2nd stay here in the past few years and it was another good experience. We booked it again because it was clean and convenient and we found that to be the case this time as well.
