Best Western Plus Amarillo East Hotel

I have stayed at this location multiple times this year and have always chosen this hotel because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Because of the way this situation was handled, I will no longer be staying at this location and cannot recommend it to others.

Okay stay. We were disappointed with the cleanliness- particularly in the bathroom. There was a spill of some sort all over the wall. The shower was dirty and had a hair in it. We have noticed that the last few Best Westerns we have stayed in have not been as clean as reviews have promised. We will not be staying at Best Western hotels in the future.

Great place to stay when we come to Amarillo

My children and I stopped here for the evening, and it was great, clean stay for one night. Staff was also very helpful!

Clean and safe .

Water on the floor by the A/C. Would have asked to change rooms but didn’t want to pack up. Clean enough and a decent price.

If you go through the funds and time and space to set up a full bar, it would be nice to have a bartender present during happy hour. My room toilet was so small that I (and I'm not that tall) almost needed a grab bar to stand up after using it. But parking was plentiful, the location was great - easy access of the highway within a short walking distance of several fast fooderies. The rooms were spacious and efficient. And the hibiscus blooms along the front of the hotel were glory glory hallelujah. Cheers.

It was nice

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check in is very easy and efficient. The room is nice and big. My family like this hotel a lot.

Breakfast was adequate. Parking easy and well lit.

Stay was good, only thing was I stayed 3 nights and only on one did they come and pick up trash or vacuum

Easy Check-in and check out.

My family and I just stayed one night as we were driving through. The room was very clean the beds were comfortable. If needed, we would stay here again. Front desk staff was very friendly as well.

It was perfect for our needs. Near the civic center and restaurants.

Garrett made check in easy eventhough I had made a mistake on check in and check out. The amenities were great. My son and mom loved the free coffee machine. The location was centrally located from east and west Amarillo and easy access to I40. We will stay there again!
