Best Western Plus Amarillo East Hotel

Friendly staff and I love the EV charging.

Great location, modern, clean. I would stay there again when in town.

Expedia should tell you that they don't take locals, it took them about 2 months to send the refund

It smelled new, probably because it was new. Everything was pristine and nothing was run down. Perfect!

Great room that worked well for us while in town for the night. Comfortable beds, easy to find. Front desk made checking in with two rooms easy.

Great experience

Very nice, quiet and clean place to stay, Very convenient to I40 and easy on and off. Room was very spacious!!! We would have preferred a freezer in the fridge because we had water bottles to refreeze, but no big deal at all. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good too....

The staff could have tried to offer something, but only shrugged her shoulders.

This was the worst breakfast experience we have ever had in a hotel ever. We were told that breakfast ended at 9:30. At 9:00 all of the hot food was gone. This was a Sunday morning. Many guest came in after us. There was a few muffins and bread and peanut butter. Pitiful. The staff could have tried to offer something, but only shrugged her shoulders.

Incidentals are 150 dollars which is ridiculous

Didnt enjoy my stay here. Coffee station was across from the toilet, insufficient staff and no bartender available ( I’m thinking someone called in this day), and the shower drain was also clogged.

Confortable and clean. Liked the indoor pool.

I was disappointed to find the shower was not very clean and overflowed onto the floor when I used it. The staff was amazing, however, in addressing the issue. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious.

Room was well lit and spacious. TV was nice and able to get many channels. Beds were comfortable. Curtains made sleep easy. Able to control AC. Breakfast was good and room extremely clean. Coffee available 24 hours a day. Plenty of well-lit parking was available.

Check in was quick & easy. The room was clean, roomy with a full couch, plenty of seating, comfortable bed & pillows; soft linens, nice upgraded bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Good variety for what it was, something for everyone; I would have appreciated hard boiled eggs, scrambled egg patties tasted like powdered eggs. Overall great option for short stays.

Our electricity went out but it was ok

Staff went above and beyond to help sort out a reservation issue.
