The rooms were not the cleanest. There were lots of big stains on the carpet. The floors in the restroom were sticky, the toilet seat was peeling and the ceiling over the shower had visible patches of mold (2’x3’). We had our dogs with us, and know this is a dog friendly hotel, but the stains on the carpet and one of our dogs wanting to rub her face on the stains was very disturbing. They didn’t stay out of their crate for long. The positive side of our stay, is that the beds were very comfortable and the gal at the breakfast counter was great and made sure it was stocked at all times. Breakfast was great as well! I felt like the price of $165, plus the $46 per pet was a bit expensive for not having a clean room.

The room was wonderful as was the location. Efficient check-in process.

Comfortable room. Very small bathroom. Front desk staff person was very helpful and also very good at dealing with a difficult situation involving guest behavior.

The pool, the price ALOT of mold in the room coffee pot which motel staff came and removed the pot and apologized. I really don't want to give this place a bad review except for that! It would have made someone very sick or worse had they not paid attention and made coffee and drank it. I do feel like staff handled it well. It was a housekeeping issue.

Bed was very uncomfortable too soft and lumpy, carpet was dirty and stained. Hallway was dirty and had trash. Elevator was dirty. The place is in need of cleaning and upgrades

That motel has the sorriest beds that I have ever tried to sleep on by far, for $150/night with no sleep or rest and felt like I’ve been in a car wreck my back hurt so bad just as well slept on the curb by the hwy, that’s both stays back to back. Surely to God with the income that chain brings in yearly you’d think they would buy decent beds especially since the sign says “Comfort “ on it…..I won’t be back after being so miserable

The hotel and the room layout was very good. Two elevators spaced apart helps with customer flow. The breakfast was excellent. The downsides are that the hotel interior is dated and needs updating. In MM room the shower curtain did not fully remain closed and the track was not curved outward so it clings to you while showering, and the drain drains slowly. Also in the bathroom the sink drains slowly as did the drain in the sink in the room. The carpet was soiled in the room also. There were two of the four lights that were burned out above above the counter with sink and microwave. However, we definitely would stay there again, but hope these items get fixed ASAP.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like it had a board down the middle.

Could not get into the parking lot due to a large volume of trucks and trailers. Parked across the street to go into the lobby. 10 people were waiting to see the one person at the desk. I had just driven 10 hours and was not able to wait, so we went next door to a different motel and got right in. If you are going to cater to the construction crowd, then you should have the infrastructure to handle this. I was charged for this room but was not even able to access the property!

Simply, I’d booked my room ahead of time when driving back across the country and arrived after midnight. After checking in and getting ready for bed, I discovered that my toilet wasn’t operational. I contacted the front desk and she came up to see if there was anything that could be done — there wasn’t. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an option to switch me to a different room as I was told they were completely booked for the night. At this point, it was after 2am and trying to find another hotel wasn’t an option. I asked if I could have my stay reimbursed as having a nonfunctional toilet really isn’t something that should ever happen - EVER. She told me her manager would have to approve that but that’d she’d make a note in my record which she did. My phone number was also left for the manager to call me regarding the issue. Two plus days later she has failed to do so and I guess I will have to challenge the charge on my credit card since she failed to make it right. Always liked this property but there should NEVER be an issue with booking a room without a functioning toilet for a guest.

Room and bathroom need serious maintenance. A/C was very loud, walls, corners ,baseboard in bathroom are in bad shape. Need bulk body wash in the shower

This place is in sore need of refurbishment. We used 2 rooms overnite, three days apart and Room 1 was worn, we couldn't use the shower with comfort due to the poor caulk repairs, and the second day, the first room offered smelled like pee, and the second room was just as worn as the initial stay. Stained couches and throw pillows, dirty carpets. I haven't stayed here in years and this was not my prior experience.
