Longhorn Inn and Suites

What a nice surprise to find this cute, super clean, friendly hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

My son arrived at 2am after a ten hour travel day. Their machine would not accept his card (their issue, not ours) so they sent him out to a bank machine in a questionable neighborhood at 230AM ?!?!?! When he got bak with his deposit, they gave him a ground floor room. On the way to the room, there was underwear in the hallway and then he discovered that the window did not lock...it could be opened from the outside very easily. By the time he sorted out the window (by himself) and felt safe, it was 330AM. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay for 1 night but very poor condition.

It was ok. Sucked that the pool wasn’t open.

They did not give me the room I actually booked. The staff was annoyed anytime I asked a question. The advertised pool was empty and broken. The giant bathtub in the room was also broken. They also didn’t have a smart tv which is not terrible but it was annoying since I have kids who are only used to apps and not cable.

The rooms were very outdated and didn’t feel clean. Staff wasn’t friendly

Super-friendly staff. Convenient location. Fine breakfast with waffle-maker. Good shower. Perfectly adequate for the night’s stay.

Great hotel for the money. I will.be using this hotel in the future. They are making an effort with maintenance which should extend it in good condition. I enjoyed my stay and the close food options. Very friendly staff.

I went to check in and they said because I'm a local that I cannot stay there I called you guys to let you know and you pretty much blew it all off I had to call back a couple times usually you would have helped me find another hotel but that didn't happen this time I had to go on your app again and book another hotel and I'm still having a problem getting my money back I hope you enjoyed me telling you the criticism

A nice suite for the price!

Breakfast could have been better

The pool was out of order so the kids were not happy they could not swim. The rooms were clean but showing their age with some areas of bubbling paint. Beds were ok.

Water clogging in sink and washtub

Great place. Very clean and quiet. Many restaurants close, as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice choices for breakfast. Serena was a blessing. I highly recommend.
