Very uncomfortable experience we have

You’re getting an incredibly affordable motel room for $77 a night. Don’t expect much. I can tell you that the breakfast was more than satisfying and the staff, the manager, was incredibly kind and professional. If I had to make a choice, I would stay here again. But, don’t expect a fancy spot. Lower your expectations.

Quality inn East Amarillo lacks quality, will not stay there again

Room was nasty! Bugs in the bathroom, sticky bathroom floor. Dirty tub. Dirty sheets. Ripped, shredded drapes. Very strong sickens sweet odor in the room. We coughed & sneezed. Went to another clean location.

This place should be demolished. They're doing a really half ass renovation on it. Some of the worst construction I've ever seen. I've seen better forts built by 12-year-olds. I will never stay at quality Inn ever again.

They are remodeling, and parking is very limited.

Nice employees! But the room itself had so many things going on! For one the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting, the vents had so much dust and nasty on them, parts of the headboard on the beds were missing, stains all over sheets, the bathroom door has about an inch of paint on it so good luck shutting the door, the whole place needs a remodel. But again the staff was very great! The breakfast was okay as long as you don’t want waffles. No smoking sure but everyone smokes in the balconies so you get to smell smoke anyway.

This was a real nice place. They were full but we still was able to park close to our room. I would stay there again if we ever come this way.

Breakfast was not good at all. Not a normal selection for Quality inn. Was out of Orange juice. Won’t make the mistake of staying there again!!

They seemed to.be remodeling the building which provided an inconvenience.

Parking lot was small for a full sized truck, a/c was set on 61 the entire time I stayed and cooled off to maybe 68 in the room, everything else was nice

The property appears to be a maintenance nightmare. They are trying to fix the cosmetics of the place but my opinion needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The place is just plain beaten up.

Facilities were poorly maintained, not very clean, mattresses were poor. Breakfast was more minimal and badly presented. I won’t stay here again

Room was clean and breakfast area too. Would recommend to others, for the price very nice place to stay overnight.

Staff was ok.
