Very comfortable beds.

The staff was helpful, and breakfast was good the day I had it. The fitness room was great, air conditioner cold and water pressure good. But the grounds were overgrown with weeds so bad I had to walk my dog across the hot parking lot to find grass for her to potty. There was no remote, but the little I used the tv I just used the buttons on the side. The microwave seemed stuck shut, but with force I could open it. I think the most confusing thing was that there was a nicer Holiday Inn just across the street, and my map app kept taking me to that one. With construction and abandoned buildings, it was difficult to access this hotel.

Everything was nice and we wil definitely stay again.

Property was not well maintained. Breakfast was ok, not well stocked with food or plates and bowls.

Looks like a jungle outside. The restaurant is closed waited 25 minutes at practice to check in and for some reason they put me in a handicap accessible room when I am clearly not handicap.

The room was clean and spacious. Furniture old. Staff nice. The grounds all around hotel were overgrown and lots of trash in it.

Great staff at hats friendly and welcoming. This is my go to stop when traveling from Texas to Colorado!!

The room was spacious and included a mini fridge and microwave. Our window was coated with mud. The exterior had lots of trash in the landscape and the landscape was not being maintained. The towels were stained. The shower/tub was rusted out and the toilet seat was broken. Something was up with the shower valve because it was either straight up cold or fire hot. It was difficult to shower so I just skipped shaving which I really don't like to do. Staff was basically not present. Their was no coffee in the lobby and all but one of the coffee pods in the room was decaf. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The remote don't work. The shower head was very corroded, and did not have any pressure. No free breakfast 😢

When we checked in they tried to put us in a room that was already occupied, I get that people make mistakes, but this was very awkward. The price was significantly higher than we usually pay. The room was fairly clean, but the furniture was falling apart. The legs on the desk were broken so that if I had placed anything on it, it would have literally fallen over. The carpet is not very clean. There was scum around the drain in the tub. In general it was run down. They advertised " free breakfast " but it wasn't. The pool was the worst part! It was unusable! It was not only so cold that you couldn't get in but it was filthy! Im not sure if what was on the bottom was sand or algae, but it was disgusting. The hot tub had about 3 inches of moldy water in it. I would never stay there again! Do not recommend!

Excellent places to stay and staff are very nice and friendly

The website states that there is daily housekeeping. I stayed for three nights, and never once had housekeeping refresh my room. (And no, I did not have the "Do Not Disturb" sign out. When I mentioned the lack of housekeeping, I was told that I "must have had the sign out".) Not the happiest of stays.

I highly discourage customers to use this place.

Heads up: vouchers for the breakfast buffet were not included in the booking from Hotels.com; we needed to purchase the vouchers from the front desk in person.

Hard to get to because it's behind other buildings

The rooms were clean and comfortable. On the first night we stayed only one elevator worked and we had a long wait to even be able to get to our rooms. The laundry room was inaccessible. On the way home a week later, our second stay there the elevator STILL didn’t work. Luckily the staff person Dante was incredibly kind and gave us a first floor room!!! For the money I would probably find somewhere else to stay.

Breakfast bar is an extra cost of $9-$12 but was very limited. Excellent parking for trailers, lots of space. Hotel is popular with contractors.
