Mi reserva fue para dos noches y cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no tenían mi habitación disponible , que tenían una pero olía mal y tenía cucarachas . Me la mostraron y obviamente no la tomé . A lo cual les dije que no la quería y me dijeron que todo bien me dieron un papel de 0 cargos pero no! Aún así me hicieron el cargo por cancelación sabiendo que yo no tenía la culpa . Muy pésimo servicio de el hotel como de expedía que no me pudieron resolver eso . Gracias a eso tuve que gastar más por agarrar hotel el mismo día y a media noche .

Would not recommend.

Staff was nice, except this is the only place we’ve ever stayed where I wasn’t allowed to bring my wife breakfast back to our room. Safety latch/lock was broken on our room door and shower was rusty and paint peeling from tub part( not wall) we refused to use the shower., we like the fact it has a full refrigerator and although I couldn’t bring my wife breakfast, it was a very good free breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausage.

Peaceful and clean. Nice place to stay and relax

Bad breakfast, bathroom fan and AC were loud like an attach helicopter. Old room, requires renovation. If you need a place to lay your head for the night it's okay. Other than that, find another place.

Room was in rough shape. My door had about an inch gap at the bottom that they tried to fix with duct tape

Sauce splattered on walls, mirrors not clean, stains on the sheets, shower floor had tape on it and collapsed under my feet. Microwave was clean and so was fridge. Floor sticky by the bed. Seen 3 small bugs crawl across floor but not bad.

Bathroom needs new toilet seat, new door and clothes hook.

We stayed one night . All was good

This location is trying to be two things that are contradictory: short-term housing for low-income folks in Amarillo, a legitimate need, and, a mainstream destination for travelers on I-40. The experience was like being the first retail customer in a room last used to house the homeless during Covid. Most of the appliances were broken, the shower dispensaries were empty, and the pool had been replaced with a checkerboard garden of concrete and dead plants.

Nasty and needs renovation.

Room smelled like smoke woke up with a roach in the bed. Beds were not clean. Terrible, terrible place to stay.

Very good for price

This was a very dirty, old, smelly hotel and rooms…the shower needs replaced, had holes on the floor and duct tape on them plus dirty?

Nothing the place was dirty, poorly maintained. The towels were very disgustingly dirty. The shower pan was ducked taped together felt like you were going to fall thru.

Checked in and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was nasty stuff in the sink that had been there for a very long time. There was hand prints on the head board above the bed. The toilet was lose and unstable. Definitely one of the worse places. Checked out they wouldn't give a refund we did not stay and left.
