Genie at the front desk is the Best. She takes care of her customers and employees. Great hostess at the 5 Season.

The place is quite infested and dome rooms smell. Carpets and bathrooms are quite old and need a re-do. Their computer does not upload Expedia reservations automatically and every time I extended I was asked to checkout from the room and it took a while to clarify the issue. In fact the last time I extended paying directly at the reception.

Pool was closed, loud partiers outside, air conditioning trouble, TV trouble, plumbing issues... Staff was helpful but seemed really busy and stressed dealing with multiple issues.. not the most terrible of stays but definitely could have been better.

They are going through new management and doing their best at remodeling so I do understand that everything won’t be perfect.

Cockroaches everywhere. TVs don’t work, had a cold shower on the day of departure.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful answered all our questions. They tried to keep the hallways clean but was hard to do. Since some the guest wouldn't clean up after themselves.

Tv did not work a/c did not blow enough cold air . The night guy front desk was great

The manager Genie is the best. She know how to take care of here renters and customers. I look forward to staying more nights on my next travel adventure.

I paid $67 for this hotel, about $40 less than other entry level motels in the area. This place is a little sketchy, but I would stay there again for the value. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked. It was reasonably clean. Any dirtier and I would not stay there. The free breakfast was 5 stars. The hotel attendant cooked fresh eggs, sausage, and hash browns fresh right before my eyes. Very good biscuits and gravy. Astonishingly good breakfast. I was on a solo trip just stoping for the night. It served its purpose well.

it was quite, and the noise level was just right. have no complaints. i had a good nights sleep. would do it again

TV never works I have stayed there 6 times and have the TV work once. Supposedly they are upgrading the cable system?
