When we arrived at the spark hotel the tv wasn’t working. So they lit me in another room. Then we went in that room the a/c wasn’t working. And they refused to move me again. I asked to speak to the manager and she didn’t want to even speak of address me. Then she di ally did she told us we should just leave. Instead of just checking us into a room with functioning a/c and tv. It is not my fault these amenities weren’t working. But I paid for them and don’t think I should be sitting in a hot room, and should be able to watch tv as well. I wouldn’t stay with them again and don’t recommend then because clearly their staff needs training on how to treat paying customers.

For the price, and for just an overnight stay, the lodging was adequate.

Perfect location. Hotel was refurbished but missed lote of construction detalles

Room, especially the shower was disgusting at best. Floor in the walk-in shower was uneven and IMOO a tripping hazard. The grout along the floor was cracked and chipping away. The bathroom in general was in disrepair

The bathtub was not the cleanest. The drains in both the bath tub and sink drained very slow. They charge 25 more for have a cat compared to a dog for “cleanliness” reasons which doesn’t make sense
