We never got to stay as they cancelled an hour before check in Not helpful we had 5 children with us and just said they couldn't honour our booking

It was nice to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the weather Methodology did not honor my booking on booking.com

Nothing Bed bugs!!!!!!

Holes in door, wall, needs paint, whole room smelled! You need to update the rooms as they reminded me of the rooms that are rented in movies for prostitutes! We will not be returning! People were racing their cars in lot, running up and down the walks by room windows. Night manager needs to control the activities of guests so others can sleep. All in all, a bad experience!

I arrived late but my room was ready and clean I was able to check right in the person in front was helpful and efficient Everything was great

no breakfast available very noisy, but next to highway and people comings and goings, is what I expected

Quiet Weird people on primises

It's a disant location. The beds were very worn out and very uncomfortable and the room was very dusty we had to wipe everything off ourselves. Also the mini refrigerator did not cool very well. Nobody came by the room to check if we needed anything like towels or toilet paper.

That I survived the night. Smoke detector beeped all night, toilet backed up. Bed was horrible, shower was horrible, loud traffic all night. I stay in alot of low end motels when I travel, but this one was one of the lowest of the low.

The door to bathroom tore up

My cable box cord is cut, rooms aren’t clean
