We went to the office to ask to switch rooms. She seemed to not know about the construction. She moved us but explained to us that 2 of the motel’s elevators were broken. We would need to go to the back of the motel Go up to the 3 rd floor and then come back to the front of the building As we did this we passed the broken ice machine The next night we were woken up to a baby crying in the next room. It might as well have been our room it was so loud. The toilet worked but we had to really hold the lever down and wait. We would never stay here again.

Cons: The breakfast is poor at best. There were lots of options but none of them were very good. The garbage truck came by at 5:30am and again at 6:30am two of the mornings we stayed. It was rough!

The room was very clean and stocked with all needed items. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing. Everyday held a new breakfast item so our 4 days there never felt like a complete repeat. Parking was right outside our door. Getting into the Disneyland property was so close. In under 15 minutes we were in the gate and passed through security checkpoint. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great! The breakfast was a little bit of a let down this time due to things being cold like the sausage and ham but everything else was great

Right across the street from the main entrance of Disney, can’t get more convenient than that. Continental breakfast was included in Stay and was much better than I was expecting. There’s a Mexican restaurant right next door and also a ihop. Definitely coming back next time we do Disney.

Lovely stay. Clean rooms as well as clean property.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Parking was easy to access and the staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. We thought the hotel breakfast was a fairly typical buffet; staff served the hot food, which was more limited than the pictures suggest. We enjoyed the hot tub. The issue we had was that the refrigerator in our room did not work at all, and no one in the hotel seemed inclined to help us or even listen to us about this. The price reflects the access to the Disney Parks and we understood that, but it was frustrating to have cold food spoil because the refrigerator stopped working in the night and staff did not help us.

The property needs a refurbishment, the front door was not sealed completely and there were spider webs near the gaps.
