Stayed in an accessible room, which worked for us because it was closest to the crossing to Disneyland. Enjoyed the fact that a n ice machine was right behind the room. DIDN'T enjoy the fact that cleaning carts on the ramp above sounded like trains passing. Not sure how to tell CoPilot, but I had specifically asked if the hotel had interior corridors, and Copilot said yes - not true. Someone might want to educate Copilot. The inluded breakfast was perfectly adequate and the staff was most helpful - one person whose name I didn't get had obviously learned that the toaster for bagels had one side that never browned, and the other side that tended to burn. He helped me get out a burned piece by popping the toaster, and catching the piece as it popped out using the tongs, very slick. I should mention, that aside from the Grand Californian, I don't think any hotel is closer to Disneyland's entrance gate than this one. for old folks like us, that was a major asset.

Room was clean. Liked creamer in lobby for coffee. Coffee from machine in lobby was not good; room coffee, Donut Shop, my favorite. Staff was helpful. Breakfast and restaurant team were exceptional. Location was perfect especially for grandparents that needed to take a midday break from Disney. Rooms are somewhat dark, across all three rooms we reserved. However the cleanliness and easy access makes up for everything and that is a small concern.

Receptionist wanted to check us in with my first name, which I thought was odd and the elevator wasn’t working to our 3rd floor

Room was cleaned every morning. The only issue I had was their washers (2) were broken and I really needed to wash! Aside from that my stay was awesome! Great housekeepers (super friendly) and the walk from the hotel to Disneyland entrance was like 5 min!!
-
Very clean, quie, and close to park entrance
-
Location is right across the street from the entrance to both theme parks and downtown Disney, super quick walk over to the parks. Staff at hotel is excellent, rooms extremely clean and housekeeping cleans daily. We stay 7 nights each summer and keep going back to that hotel because we like it and the excellent service.

Clean and conveniently located.

If you need a walking distance stay this location is your best bet. The only downside is they do not offer early check in. Parking is ok they do give a voucher which gives in and out privileges during your stay. I would also say that it can be a bit noisy we were on the second floor and could hear luggage carts from the third floor. Breakfast is included so thats always a good thing!

Our go-to for Disney!! Just across the street from the parks, great free breakfast, and clean comfortable rooms. We use scooters in the park and we rent them from the awesome scooter company that has a desk right in the lobby of this Best Western!

The staff were friendly, courteous and professional! The convenience of being across the street from Disneyland was ideal since I didn't want to take the long drive home after a full day at the park. The free breakfast the next morning was an added bonus for me and the kids. The selection was excellent, something for everyone from fresh fruit, donuts, cereal, and breakfast sandwiches, coffee and juice...a great spread! Well worth the price for my family of 4.

Lady at check-in was not a nice person. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean and conveniently right across the street from Disneyland. The breakfast was horrible. They serve you at the buffet and want a tip. I’d rather serve myself. Food was not good either. We would rather pay at the park. Other than that, the hotel was pretty good. The pool was great. The hot tub was amazing and my room was fine.

Stay here! It is literally across the street from the entry to Disneyland/Downtown Disney. The room was comfy and clean. The kiddos liked the pool. There is a breakfast in the morning. If we ever get the chance to go back to Disneyland, we'll stay here again.

Loved the convenience of being close to Disneyland resort! It was a great stay!

On a scale from cinderblock to cloud, the beds are much closer to cinderblock—fine if you sleep on your back, but if you're a side sleeper, you'll constantly be reminded that you have hip bones and ribs. The pillows reminded me of sandbags. The first front desk clerk I encountered was surly and robotic. The second was wildly indifferent. I tried to buy something from their mini-store which is unstaffed and has a self-checkout scanner that doesn't seem to actually scan. The front desk clerk did not care. Most of the rooms are nice enough. Ours, however, was located 12 feet from the pool. Not the pool deck or the fence around the pool—the actual water and chlorine-filled pool. If we opened the blinds, we could watch scampering, screaming children and sunburned adults. We kept the blinds closed. Finally...breakfast: we only took advantage of it once because it was crowded and largely comprised packaged baked goods, things you can toast, and scrambled eggs that, based on their odd cube shapes, might be dehydrated. It was edible, but nothing special. Also, be aware that they charge $30 a night for parking. But, hey! It's an easy walk to Disneyland!
