Our room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out were easy. The lady at the front desk was really nice and talkative.

The best thing about this place is its proximity to Disneyland. The breakfast was okay and the ladies in the dining area were very nice and kept it extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. Our flight was extremely delayed and we ended up arriving several hours later than we had anticipated. When we checked in, they told us they didn’t have any rooms like the one we had reserved (and paid for) four months in advance left and they had to give us an alternative one. When I asked if they gave our room away because we were late, they denied it and said that other people had made reservations several weeks in advance. I find this difficult to believe considering we made our reservation in early May. It would seem that reserving a few months ahead is not enough to guarantee you a room that you chose. The rooms are dated, the bathroom smelled like mildew, and the wallpaper was peeling. They call themselves “family friendly” which is awesome if you have children but we did not and the noise was tough to deal with. I am all for family friendly, and I’m glad that hotels are leaning this way, but even in “family friendly” hotels there should be certain guidelines and a child screaming for 2 1/2 hours straight should at least be addressed. I am sure that even if another family was next door and their kids were trying to sleep, they probably wouldn’t have taken kindly to the screaming and yelling that we had to deal with. They did a great job cleaning our room the first morning of our stay, but despite multiple requests made by us, they didn’t clean our room again for four days and we had to ask for toilet paper, washcloths, and towels. Our previous stay at Disneyland we stayed at the Anaheim Best Western Park Place Inn and that is where we will return in the future. Spring for the extra couple hundred bucks and get a better night’s sleep, a clean room and a far better breakfast.

The chain on the toilet broke but my son in law fixed it. Besides that no issues

The shower didn’t work and our room was directly below the breakfast area. 5:30 in the morning we would be woken up by banging and chairs moving around the floor. They would be sweeping and cleaning the room which sounded like there were people dancing above us. Close proximity to the Parks, a 10 minute walk which was great. I would go back again just make sure I don’t get that same room next time.

The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well balanced in what was offered, which varied slightly each day. All in all, a highly relaxing and enjoyable stay and I hope to get back soon!

Being on the ground floor was wonderful for us; easy to get to and for Door Dash orders. The breakfast was good and everything was hot. We were within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center. A soft mattress is my preference so I know going into hotels it is more than likely that the mattress will be too hard for me. I would have also like a more standard pillow. The small square down like pillows went flat easily, did not hold shape and were very small.

There’s a fringe and a microwave and the breakfast that has many choices. I would for sure stay here again .

Great location, clean, daily room service, breakfast included which was yummy Nothing, really. Small suggestion - perhaps another water refill station in the next block so that it’s more accessible to occupants who are not in the main building

This motel is in prime location for Disneyland and DCA, both within an easy quick walking distance (a few minutes). The beds were comfortable and free breakfast good. The shower had limited water pressure which made it difficult to properly shower. The bed needed a quilt/more bedding as there were only two sheets. I asked for an extra blanket which helped but was still difficult. Also needed proper pillows.
