Grand Legacy At the Park

Ivery nice hotel, 10 minute walk from Disneyland with a rooftop bar/restaurant.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Convenient location cross the street from Disneyland and many food options on the same street.

The staff was great in getting us the special room we wanted, even though it was not available to book online. Only downside was that it was not ready when we got a text saying it was, and it was at the 4:00 check in time, but waiting the extra 30 minutes did not kill us! Grand Legacy will continue to be the place we stay on our Disney trips.

I had a duplicate booking and they did not give me all the rooms they charged me for, but charged me a cancellation fee, when I was there and both them an Expedia realized it was a duplicate booking on accident. Expedia was paid for the rooms then the hotel took another 50% for the rooms a day before I checked in and then they made as though waiving the other 50% was doing me a favor when in fact I already paid for 2 more rooms than they gave me access to. If you are going to charge me for the rooms give me the keys! Don’t take the rooms back and then try and resell them. They are crooks! The front desk staff plead ignorance and failed to pick up calls from Expedia to sort it out. They are not transparent and just shady! I will never stay there again!

Great aspects: a. Room was clean and well appointed. It was also ready almost 1.5 hours early and the hotel called me to let me know. b. The staff was very helpful. We were in a multi room group and they put us in rooms that were close or adjoining. Didn’t even have to ask! c. The pool was nice with lots of chairs, towels and umbrellas. d. There were 4 restaurants (Denny’s, IHOP, Tony Romas and a small coffee,pastry shop within 150-200’ from our room - literally a 5 minute walk. e. As advertised the hotel is about 2-3 blocks from your room to the ticket gates/entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. It’s actually a shorter walk than from the Disneyland Hotel. This hotel is about a 15-18 minute walk to Downtown Disney (and much less expensive). Our families will definitely stay here again!

Always our favorite to stay at when we come to Disney!

The room was small and outdated. The entrance to the hotel was nice for check in. We were disappointed that the room was so dingy. The pool area and staff was upkept and clean. Perfect to get out of the heat for the kids.

Also, the parking spaces are so close together that when I got up in the morning, somebody had opened their car door into my brand new Tesla, and crunched the car door in and left a white paint mark bigger than hand. They say there’s free slushy by the pool every day from 3 to 5 PM. We were there at three and we didn’t see any come by. I called front desk. They told me to talk to the person at the bar. The person at the bar told me to call front desk. It was just a big runaround.

The overall property was fine. We were two friends traveling together, and we were in a room that was not recently remodeled. The bathroom had a very small vanity, with no room to leave more than a toothbrush on the counter. It was fine for our short stay, but any longer and it would've been pretty inconvenient to have to keep all toiletries in our luggage for the whole stay.

Our room seemed a little dirty and had a weird smell. Our AC also seemed to be having some issues. Aside from that amazing location for Disneyland goers, really nice staff, nice pool area as well especially for kids.

My family and I always choose to stay at the grand legacy when visiting Disneyland. It’s a short walk to the park.

Clean and comfortable stay! The location is within walking distance of Disney, which made my visit even more fun and enjoyable. It was so convenient being able to walk to the parks and made the whole experience that much better!

Very clean, and most importantly, very close to Disneyland. We didn’t have to pay for parking at Disney, which was a huge plus! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.👍

We always stay here for our Disney trips. Service is always great. Beds comfy and location to park excellent!

Excellent location and service. I highly recommend it to everyone. I would love to see a safe box in the room in my next visit that would be awesome. Nice place to stay as an alternative to Disney resort. Make sure to communicate to the desk that you are there for Disney so they can deviate for the kids.

We checked into our room after being at Disneyland all day around 10 PM. Around midnight the person above us started playing their music very loud! It woke us all up and we had a hard time falling back to sleep. We did call the reception desk and they did call the person to tell them to turn the music off, but it was terrible. It is nice and close to Disneyland but that experience I probably won’t stay here again.
