Grand Legacy At the Park

Everything was easy going

The room was extremely small. There were three females, ranging in age from 15 to 71, sharing the room, so having adequate space was important. While I understand hotel rooms near Disneyland are often compact, this one simply wasn't designed to accommodate multiple guests comfortably. The bathroom was particularly frustrating. There was only about 6–7 inches of counter space on either side of the sink, leaving virtually no room for toiletries. With three people trying to get ready each morning, we were constantly juggling our personal items because there was nowhere to put them. Cleanliness was also a concern. The carpet appeared dirty, and after walking barefoot in the room, I noticed dirt on the bottoms of my feet. To make sure I wasn't imagining it, I put on a clean pair of white socks and, within a short time, they were visibly dirty from walking on the carpet. The location is hard to beat, but for the price, I expected a cleaner, more functional room. I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless proximity to the parks was my only priority.

In the morning they ran out of coffee and did not refill the canister which was surprising because it was only 8:30am. Asked for a cup of water and was told they do not put out water until 11am. Expected better service from this hotel. I would try elsewhere next time

It was better than expected and disneyland was a close walk, will stay here again.

Great experience! Very nice room and pool area only a 4 min walk to Disneyland ! My family had the best time!

Appreciated the short walk to the park and staff but that’s about it.

Clean room and spacious.

The room was clean and suited our needs. The pool area was wonderful! Clean and plenty of seating there. The 5 minute walk to Disney property was the biggest perk!

The Fifth was a great place to eat and relax. That's about the only thing that was great. The room was supposed to be "luxury" but it was far from it (the door was very hard to close/lock and the toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread) plus they advertised having a coffee shop.... that closed a long time ago. The staff was very condescending and short when you tried to ask questions.

Nice hotel, clean, pool very nice with floaties provided by hotel! Need longer cord or better setup for coffee, burnt my whole hand trying to make coffee

Our room was spacious and clean, nice amenities, we were thrilled that our room had a microwave. We were worried about having noise in our location, but there was really none. I asked for a room clean and it was done quickly. This is the third time we stayed there and we will return!

Rooms were decent size and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing.

Conveniently located across Disneyland. There are many options for food at walking distance. The kids loved the pool.

All around great place and location!

For a basic, close to Disneyland hotel this one was good. Rooms are smaller and had a slight musty smell but was clean and did the job. Nothing fancy but we just needed a place to sleep and shower.

Every thing was great! The kids loved the pool and hot tub.
