It was only 13 minutes away from Disneyland! Close to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were pretty clean. T the foyer was super cute as well. The carpet I think should be ripped up because they really needed a good clean it had a weird smell to it.

We came home with so many bug bites and the pillows were stained. The lamp shades are so dirty. The bathrooms are disgustingly grimy. The tvs have four channels and one doesn’t work.

Location is good. The rooms are very outdated. Ther towels were clean. But had still hairs. On the day we checked out, we found a baby cockroach on my child's bed near the window. We were very disappointed with our stay, especially after discovering this issue at the end of our visit.

The bed It was freezing in the room and you could not regulate the temp yourself because it is central air for all the rooms regulated by the hotel. There was no individual air conditioning in your room. The towels are skimpy especially the washcloth it was tiny. The worst part was the shower. The shower head did not work so I had to take a bath and I am not a fan of baths. I will never stay there again.

Take your money elsewhere, this place looks nothing like the pictures. Everything in the room is old and worn out. The carpet is filthy and old, all the sheets and towels were thin as tissue paper. The pillows are hard as a rock and they only put 3 on a king size bed. The only two things I can’t complain about is the AC and the refrigerator, both did its job. The TV kept freezing and the water took 15 minutes to get warm, never got to hot. The guy at the front desk asked my girlfriend an inappropriate question that made her feel uncomfortable. Will most definitely not be coming back to this place again.

Staff was great, room was clean but the carpets were very dirty. It was what we were expecting for comfort and affordability. Neighborhood seemed safe and had good freeway access
