However we had to leave right after check in. Unfortunately this hotel is in terrible condition. I do not consider myself picky, especially when only using a room to sleep and shower but I do not believe this hotel should even be in operation due to the condition. The grounds are very unkept, the floors, hallway, doors are all in poor condition. I thought I was in the wrong place..it appears it has been abandoned from outside. The lobby was ok so I checked in. I noticed the laundry room completely out of service with no hopes of ever working. The rooms furniture was completely different from the photo. The four poster bed was falling apart and could possibly collapse. There was a black sticky substance all over the wall and night stand. The carpets are heavily stained. All the electrical outlets are dangerously installed. Called the front desk to let them know the room did not match what was online. They told me that was the nicer room!!! Sliding glass door was in poor/dirty condition and the pathway out to the pool was extremely filthy. I did not walk out to look at the pool. My kids said it looked like they brought the Titanic up and just started renting the rooms 😬 they offered a refund for all but the first night. Which was highly appreciated. Again staff was very helpful ..But this hotel should not be in operation. Sorry.

The best part of staying at this hotel is the LARGE pool...unheated though!

This hotel is horrible. It’s filthy dirty old, broken beds. It smells horrible in hallways the rooms it felt like I was staying at a prison. It stunk the hallways were horrible. The breakfast they served scrambled eggs and water. The lobby smells the couches have stains on them this is a very horrible hotel. I don’t care if you gave it to someone for free I wouldn’t let my dog stay in there.

The photos posted are very misleading. While the front lobby attendants were very kind and helpful and property itself was not to the Howard Johnson standard I have experienced at other locations. There were large water stains on lobby furniture and hallway carpets, as well as cracks in the tile. Many of the first floor amenities were closed or out of order (bathrooms and laundry). As you enter the main hallway, you immediately are hit with the smell of cigarettes. Our first room did not look like the photos posted on the site at all. Headboards were removed, but wooden anchor remained on wall. The window had no screen, so when you opened the window, the room was exposed to whatever flew in. Moreover, the room smelled of mildew and sheer curtains presented droplets of mold. When we asked for another room, the attendant was very apologetic and gave us another room. This room was better. The carpets were stained and cracks in the bathroom tile. There was a visible layer of dust across the wall near the desk. The beds, thankfully were comfortable (with a proper headboard as featured). The location is ideal if you are looking for a trip with places to eat and shop, but I would wait until some refurbishing is complete.

The layout is not very convenient either. It’s a long walk from the reception area to the rooms, which can be especially inconvenient with luggage. When we checked in around 10 PM, there wasn’t even a luggage cart available. The room itself was missing some basic amenities, such as a tissue box. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it really needs better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to basic guest conveniences.

This place had about 8+ stars on the app and it was absolutely disgusting. I even read the reverse and not one single thing came to be true. It’s filthy, it smells, nothing worked, beds were horrible, and the breakfast was gross. Also, despite what they say not only did the shuttle suck and times listed were not accurate but they are NOT ADA compliant. The experience was so horrific that I’m contemplating writing a strongly worded letter however I’m unsure exactly how that would help now or in the future.

When we first walked in the lobby had a weird smell, the hallways carpets were very dirty and needed some vacuuming. It was extremely hot walking through the hallways. Room was clean, but had a funky smell. It can really use major upgrades. Staff was friendly.

Excellent service and fast

The pictures on the website are false advertising. Place is so run down. Hotel hallways smelled like an old Las Vegas hotel. Smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. Breakfast basically had bread eggs oatmeal and coffee. Hotel room was so bad had holes in the wall, room curtains were so dusty. Capet felt so dingy. This hotel looks nothing like the the pictures. Would never come here again

Poor maintenance on the whole property. Great price but I can see why.

I had to replace the key card twice, and still had to put it in the slot 20-30 times. Couldn't turn the television on. When i first walked in it smelled like it had been a smoking room at some time in the past. The breakfast was very good.

The housekeeping did a great job cleaning only what I needed during those days The view was TORDS the lot

Our stay was ok, though few things we noticed needs improvement. Phone wasnt working, I have to ask replacement of coffee maker, wifi is very bad, it only work if you're in the main floor or close to the hotel's reception. I would give 3 out of 5 stars.

It was nice and clean. Nice location

The freeway traffic noise was horrendous, they should have told me that when they assigned me the room. Didn’t sleep much because of the noise!!! Also requested a refrigerator because I had medication that had to be kept cold and it took 3 hours and several mentions to hotel staff to bring one to the room. I should be refunded for this stay. It was miserable!!! Please refund me for this stay, I would never stay there again!
