This hotel is very rundown. Thankfully, our sheets were clean, and it was fine to sleep. Free parking, shuttle to and from the park, quick check-in process were pros.

Okay stay. Keys were deactivating every night.

La experiencia en este hotel fue fatal, nunca imaginé que la estancia sería así, pues el lugar estaba sucio, los pasillos olían terriblemente. Los ruidos en la noche no dejaban dormir. Además el desayuno estaba muy artificial y las condiciones del comedor críticas: sin mantel, sin atención de personal, sin señalamiento. Me hubiera encantado cambiarme de hotel, pero no me iban a reembolsar nada, sin embargo, mi reclamo es con Expedia por contar con hoteles tan malos. Ojalá me devuelvan un porcentaje o me hagan algún descuento porque fue pésima experiencia

We had a broken shower bar and an air conditioner at 50%. Horrible stay. The carpet was very filthy as well. Oh my goodness!

Very noisy hotel right next to the free way 😧tight parking space . No fridge. Very old Need to be updated.

Been at this one particular site more than once. Well centralized, I have no complaints. It serves it's purpose. Nothing spectacular. That's my go to place in Orange County when staying longer than 2 days. The breakfast is great.

Staff was so sweet. This place is so so run down it’s dirty, broken, the outlets don’t function, every surface of this place is either broken, cracked, dirty or defective. Wyndham should be absolutely ashamed to call this a 3 star hotel. It’s abhorrent.

Definitely a older hotel with a strange odor

The Lounge/Bar feature in the Expedia advertisement, was not open to the guests. Receptionist informed me it had been closed for about 3 years. Laundry area featured in Expedia was closed. Positives: Overall clean. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Security seemed very active in the parking lot and inside the hotel at 11:30pm upon arrival to hotel. Easy access to shopping.

Very old property. When we checked in we had to wait 15 min for anyone to even arrive at the front desk. Smelled very old. They do try to keep it as clean as they can. Seemed to be pretty safe compared to closer to the parks. Bed was clean, shower was clean.

the front desk girl was very nice. the room on the other hand was not great. we had no hot water & called & they took hours to come up. our ac wasn’t working great either. we where in town for my gmas funeral & as we where driving to the cemetery i received a call from their manager stating their system had us checking out on monday & that they had to charge me $140 because their system is right & not my booking which i had proof . she than stated she would call me back & she found the actual booking & they still had me pay $14 which is at this point whatever, but the inconvenience of it all ! just a huge disappointment & they stressed me out while i was grieving my grandmother . i will never never ever stay there again .

The room and bathroom were spacious. However, the property is not well kept - could use a coat of paint, etc. Convenient transport to and from Disneyland. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Wanted to love it here, but unfortunately, that was not the case. We were given a room that was filthy. Cob webs all over, dust and dirt on curtains and it smelled awful. We were given another room that was better, but the experience was already tainted. The hotel also didn’t have any hot water. We were told it would be back on the next day, but it wasn’t. Only thing we liked was the shuttle to Disney but that’s it.

Good for the price

Our room was spacious, refriator was clean. Not enough electrical outlets, had to disconnect lamp to plug in cord for coffee maker. Last day of our stay we had no hot water. Management addressed issue and water was hot in the morning.

The room smelled really horrible couldn’t make out the kind of smell, the doors on the outside hall and carpet was really dirty. I didn’t feel very good with my stay. The pool was nice and clean my kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good just was missing protein and fresh fruit.

I had a four night reservation, but checked out after the first night and went to the Holiday Inn next door because the room and property itself were so dirty and smelled terrible.
