Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim South Hotel

The property was in a good location. There are many restaurant options available very close by.

We usually stay here and this time I will say I was a bit disappointed in the room. Mainly the bathroom because for starters the shower is so high it’s like for some who is 6 feet tall I had to climb on the tub just to be able to move the shower head which is dangerous. Then the shower curtains were not long enough so the water was leaking out onto the floor so we had to keep a towel there all weekend. Other than that everything was great but that bathroom issue really put a damper on how I saw the hotel

The Marijuana dispensary is farther than you think. Adjust accordingly.

Rooms were great, fitness room was always clean.

They always go above and beyond. This last stay they found a blanket we had left a few months ago. We always stay at this Sheraton when visiting our oldest in college.

I have stayed there 2 times and I will be going back. We love it. Staff is great!

This was a very basic and very nice nice hotel… Reasonably priced… And they took care of everything you would want with regards to having access to a bar or a restaurant without being over the top… Rooms were perfect… The pool area was perfect… I cannot provide anything but compliments for the hotel and the staff in general… I highly recommend staying there if it is within your budget… Which is not a big ass

The above and beyond service by Chloe and the Front Desk staff! They left a sweet surprise for us in the room, with a hand written card wishing us a Happy Anniversary!! Nothing to report.

Great location. Big spacious rooms. Staff very helpful. Rooms are dated and would benefit from an update. Shower pressure is terrible, doubles time of your shower as the pressure is so poor. Pool area is very small and needs an update.

Check-in was also frustrating. The woman assisting me was in training and did not take my card to place the required deposit hold. I was later contacted by the front desk because I had apparently called them when I was trying to get access to the free Wi-Fi. I was told I needed to return to the front desk to complete my check-in. I had just arrived after a long drive and was already settling into my room, so I said I would come back down after changing and getting refreshed. About 15 minutes later, a male front desk employee came to my door and told me I needed to return to the front desk. I explained that I was planning to do so as soon as I got changed and refreshed. I had already paid for my stay, and I was obviously not going to leave without taking care of the additional charges, including the $28 daily parking fee, so I found the situation and the way it was handled unnecessary and inconvenient. The location was also farther from the Toy Story parking shuttle than I expected. It was about a 23-minute walk, which was not ideal. The pool was also very crowded, and there were so many people that we didn’t really feel like we could comfortably join in. One thing I do want to acknowledge is that the hotel worked with me twice to change my dates.

They did a good job

Staff wasn’t friendly or helpful with what the hotel had to offer. During my stay I also saw a lot of trash by the front of the entrance sitting there for two days overflowing.
