Nice hotel with a very helpful and cheerful staff. Parking is expensive, and can be a nit of a walk if you are hauling a lot of baggage

Place is nice, could be a cleaner tho. Tables on lobby had visible dirt on them. Staff was extremely friendly tho. Would go back.

The rooms are slightly dated

We have always loved this hotel however will be looking elsewhere for our next stay. Our room was rundown and even had to have maintence come up at 11pm as our shower was completely broken. The shuttle was a nightmare as there was no one monitoring it and families were showing up last minute and running on making others who had been waiting wait another 30mins for the next one to arrive. Many other hotels has this monitored. Check out was a nightmare with very little assistance to hold luggage. We ended up just leaving aa we did not want to waste our morning waiting in line so took it with us. Very disappointing stay.

Good place just a little old building!

Room is very clean and noise free and staff is very friendly. Deserves a 4 stars level hotel.

Very convenient location. The shuttle service to Disneyland is an added benefit. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

Staff was amazing and even upgraded our room complimentary to a bigger room for our anniversary! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Excellent stay! The service from check until check out was very good. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. I would take an upgrade, as it was all worth every money paid. There are lots of amenities that can be used during our stay and convenient to have coffee, bar & restaurants nearby.

Did a quick 1 day trip to Disneyland and stayed at the Hyatt Orange County. We were supposed to arrive from Philadelphia at 1:30 in the morning but didn’t arrive till 4:15. The guy at the Valet (wish I got his name) was pretty chill and very upbeat for that time of the morning. He brought out a cart and offered to help with the bags. We ended up catching a few hours sleep before heading downstairs. Did a quick morning grab of energy drink at the store and coffee from Starbucks in the lobby. When we returned at 10 they valeted the car for us again. We walked around a bit and saw some of the restaurants that they had before going to bed. Easy text when we awoke at 4 to get our car which was out front waiting for us when we needed to leave. Loved how the property looked and the close proximity to Disneyland. About a 10 minute ride. Already planning a return trip and will definitely choose to stay here again.

This is a beautiful facility. My only concerns are that the sofa and chair in our suite were not very comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed the breakfast restaurant and the ice cream place was terrific.
