The towels were not washed and I was covered in lint.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel met our expectations. The lobby staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job throughout our stay.Although the hotel hosts conventions and events, it was never an inconvenience. Everything was very well organized, structured, and managed, so it never felt crowded or disruptive.The public restroom outside the guest rooms was also exceptionally clean at all times. Overall, we have absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay!

We enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool, arcade room, on-site restaurant, and Starbucks. The hotel was very busy due to a dance competition, but despite the crowds, everything was well managed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and unhelpful when concerns were brought to their attention. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like my concerns were an inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service or quality I expected. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to others until significant improvements are made to both the property’s upkeep and customer service.

It’s a large clean property. Parking is a bit awkward but it’s a Disney Good Neighbors hotel so that’s expected. All of the employees were helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, and the shower was updated. We stayed here 15 years ago and the updates were nice except one. The mattress was soft and the comforter was nice and heavy like its hugging you. We were prepared for a nice comfy night of sleep. We set the thermostat to 68 so the room would be cool to match the comforter. About 2 hours into our sleep we woke up sweating and hot. So I had to wake enough to grab my phone as a flash light, walk over to the thermostat and try to figure out the issue. The big number on it still said 68, so clicked it down to 67. Room cooled down again fairly quickly. We went right back to sleep. An hour after, same thing….hot and sleeping in sweat. Woke up again and turned on the room lights. Walked over and looked again. The big number said 67, but in the bottom corner it said “room temperature 73”. I was like wait, what? Then in another spot it said “saver mode”. Wheich would shut the whole system down every hour. Even when I just turned the fan on, it would shut off every hour. This was the worst two nights of sleep I have every paid $300 a night for. What a horrible way to treat your guests. I may not visit another Hyatt brand after this. The fear of not knowing that it may have this system until I am in the room will deter me from using them again.

We stay there frequently. Always an excellent eperience. Outstanding staff.

The room is clean, the bed is organized and smells good. Bathroom is large and bathtub is clean. It is really good place to stay in
