The rooms were nice and spacious, and ours was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms could definitely use a little updating—they’re clean, but you can tell they’ve been well loved over the years. Nothing that ruined the stay, though. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk! It wasn’t fancy, but it was nice being able to grab something and head out with a little food in our stomachs before a long day. Parking is available onsite, but the lot is pretty small for the size of the hotel. If it’s full, you may have to park at a neighboring hotel, which can be a LONG walk after spending all day sightseeing and your feet are already screaming 😂. So just keep that in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Bathroom can use more care/focus.

The complimentary breakfast was actually really decent. The staff was always so friendly. The suite we stayed in had a very old pull out couch bed which is where my 12 yr old needed to sleep. I had to put blankets under the sheets to give it more cushion. I would have had him sleep on the couch without pulling out the bed however the material on the couch was plastic, he would have sweated all night laying on it. The bathroom had complimentary shampoo/conditioner however the holder it was in was falling off the shower wall. The carpet could use a good shampooing as well. Our door to our room had about an inch gap at the bottom of the door, so the hall light came in. I had to put a towel down under the door.

When we got to our room the couch was stained and dirty looking. I didn’t even want to sit on it let alone sleep on the fold out. The shower had hair stuck to the walls and the sink drain didn’t drain well. When I folded down the comforter the sheets had a huge spot that was so worn down it made you think what was on there before and I don’t even want to think about it. After all of that I just felt dirty and itchy like bugs were crawling on me all night. I could have called the front desk but we got in at midnight from a long day at Disney and the family just wanted to get cleaned up and go to bed. Luckily we only stayed there one night. I would not come back to this hotel.

Loved it perfect for a family of six

This is a very outdated hotel. Everything is old. Hot water only worked in 1 of the bathrooms and 1 shower. This was the same in the 2 different rooms we rented. Fridge old and dented. Elevators are slow and took forever. For the money we paid it wasnt worth it. Hot tub was broken the whole week we were there. Would not stay here again. Very loud area and street right by us. Trash trucks woke you up every day at 5 am. Parking terrible!! And you have to pay for it!!

Cleanliness though was a different story. There was a strange smell, almost like cat urine, in the halls and in our room. In the bathroom, there was small hairs, p***c hairs on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Also there was hair on the back of the bathroom door. My son dropped his pacifier on the floor in the bedroom. When I went to pick it up, I looked under the bed and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Hotel was clean but bathroom needs remodel badly, tile from 1990

We stayed for 2 nights and the ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and it had a nice fridge and stove. Will definitely stay again if we're ever in town.

The staff and Breakfast was great. What I didn't like was that we stayed 2 days and the hot tub was not working. I can honestly say that did not really enjoy much my stay this time.

The pool area was clean and tidy and the water was nice and warm. I think it may have been salt water as it didn't have a strong chorine smell. The breakfast was nice. It had the usual eggs, sausage, cereal, toast etc but also had waffle makers which was fun. The front desk staff were lovely. Parking was easy and there were always spaces. Was a handy location, opposite Target and only 3km to Disney. There was a shuttle but we decided to walk each day. It only took around 40mins. It felt safe walking back even at midnight. We would definitely stay again.

Great property and staff. 2 bedroom suite served 6 comfortably. Awesome place.
