Great location, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Will definitely stay again!

Overall a poor stay. Issues with water and found a roach in the room.

Fantastic hotel, I would stay again. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and the pool was great. Pool could use a deep clean though but you can tell the hotel has really worked hard on the upgrades/remodel.

Our room was is a little run down but still manageable .Best part was the breakfast.

The sink and bathroom stink and there were some insects in our room. The shower temperature was never right. The staff managing breakfast was the best! They worked hard every morning and were very attentive.

On Hotels.com, it was very impressive looking. Super modern, a large suite with spacious rooms, double queen beds, and full size pull out sofa; everything we needed for our family of 5. As soon as we walked into the lobby, we were greeted warmly at the reception area at check in and given cold water bottles, which was a nice and welcomed surprise. There were plenty of luggage carts available, so that was a plus. The elevator ride up to our suite was a little bumpy and felt a bit like a theme park ride, so beware if you're ever holding any hot drinks. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the suite when we walked in. The kitchenette was a nice bonus. The modern floor lamp and art decor were chic. I didn't even notice until later that we weren't sleeping on a queen bed until I turned and rolled into my 6' tall husband who complained that his feet were hanging off the bed. The beds were full at best, if not double sized. Each bed had 4 pillows. But only one bed had 2 standard sized pillows in the front, with 2 small lumpy ones behind it. The other bed had 4 small lumpy pillows. There were 2 small lumpy pillows in the closet, but no extra bedding. We requested 2 extra pillows and an extra blanket. I should've been specific and asked for standard sized, non lumpy pillows had I known they were going to bring me small lumpy ones. Lesson learned. The A/C was running really cold that night. So cold that we turned it off before we headed out to dinner and to the

Really great staff. We love having a suite for extra space. Squeaky bathroom door was frustrating.

AC equipment was loud. In order to sleep the AC had to be turned off

We got in early as our room was not ready the registration personnel put my grandson antibiotic in their refrigerator with our name on it as it needed to kept cold. I thought parking was included with the hotel but it was not. The shuttle to Disneyland was in walking distance with a seven year old so that was great.

Parking daily charges of $25 and was not mentioned so additional payment daily.

large rooms, quite HVAC oulets didn’t work, they don’t clean the room, the dispensers in the bathroom were empty, expensive parking

The breakfast was great and the staff was super helpful and friendly

We stayed for 6 days, When we got there there was food from another guest still in the microwave that we had to throw out. We were missing some silverware. We reserved for 6 guests but everything was set up for 4 (the towels, plates, silverware, etc.). There was only 1 pan for cooking which makes no sense having a kitchenette. The shower was the biggest problem as it couldn't keep temperature of the water and it wasn't a little change. We would get it to where we wanted it and every couple min it would change to extremely hot and then extremely cold indefinitely until you stopped showering. We talked to the front desk and they implied that this was common if everyone was showering at the same time like when everyone is going to or getting back from Disneyland. We were using it at different times and it still would do it so that wasn't the problem. A repair worker was sent to fix it but it never was fixed. there was a separate handle, to change between two different shower heads, that was leaking the whole time. The one time we used it it came off and started shooting water everywhere. The bathroom exhaust fan also didn't work. We used the gym a little, but the t stat was set to 80 degrees.

We recently stayed here during our Disneyland trip and overall had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly convenient for busy Disney mornings. The shuttle stop is very close to the hotel, and the buses run frequently with plenty of stops, making transportation easy. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. My only real complaint is that the hotel feels a bit outdated. The hallways and rooms could use some updating, and having smart TVs would have been a nice modern touch. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again for a future Disneyland vacation.
