Homewood Suites by Hilton Anaheim-Main Gate Area

The room was good, the hot breakfast was ok. The elevator took forever and was really slow. At one time the water was shut off for the hotel, the staff was super nice though. The pool looked a little dirty at the bottom. It was a large room though and that was great for the three of us and the bus to Disney was super quick.

Very clean, kind and helpful staff (especially the breakfast crew), fantastic breakfast to start our day at Disney!!!

Mice and clean Not enough elevators

That it feels like home Well this is my fourth time at one of these facilities but the last one wasn't a pleasant one as the lock broke on us and my 9 year old son was locked in the room for 2 hours and it took me at least a month to get my security deposit back and this stay well we had plumbing issues and it took the maintenance awhile before they came up with the plunger and I had to use the restroom. I had to hold it for at least an hour.

The location was very convenient with every thing close by. Break fast was good and water dispenser and ice machine is in the hotel so it was good. Air conditioner was very noisy.

Staff was great. The kitchen staff was also great. The room did need some maintenance, but otherwise it otherwise, an okay stay. Would stay there again. Breakfast did need a little better options. But otherwise was good, elevator does need some upgrading. It was the slowest elevator I ever been on in my life waiting for that elevator was insane. Hotel name was very deceiving. The hotel is not near the main Gate of Disneyland I booked the hotel assuming that it was near the main gate to Disneyland I was very wrong and very unhappy once I found out the location.

It was the best service yet! They made sure we had everything and that we are aware of what we needed

Clean and bright Needs more elevator

This place is a family friendly hotel . The Staff, the service are very good and accomodating . They have a good breakfast too . The kitchen in our suite has everything we need . Indeed the best stay for me and my husband after a long day at disneyland . We will definitely gonna recommend this hotel .

Shower needs replacing, as it took ages for hot water.

Room layout is actually quite nice but unfortunately everything else is quite outdated in the rooms. When we arrived the toilet did not flush and well like I stated everything felt like a cheap hotel. I personally had a very rough time since the beds were very uncomfortable and caused me back pain so much so that I opted for sleeping on the pull out couch on the 3rd night. Honestly I would not recommend this place. Staff was very friendly so no fault to them.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Great options and delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our kids loved the free toys they got from them! So we really enjoyed everything. Can not think of anything that went wrong. We wanted to extend our stay but staff was very helpful with it and good fair price as well.

Nice clean hotel! The complimentary breakfast was great. My only complaint is the cost for parking.

Comfortable and friendly staff. Large rooms with sitting room/kitchen dining area. Separate bedroom with Tv and shower dressing area. Breakfast was lovely and staff couldn’t help you enough. All round an excellent place to stay. About 40 minutes slow walk to Disney parks. Nothing all good.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast fare was much better than most hotel offerings. The location was further than we were led to believe to the convention center. If you don't mind a long walk, then that would not be problem. The information on the hotel was not that accurate for the convention center, and they did not offer any transportation to the convention center, only Disneyland.

It was a nice place , very clean great staff. Breakfast was great, it was so spacious, food was great, enough table for all the guest. Bedroom are good and clean The only thing i did not like is how there elevator is taking so long to come up and down
