Family vacation and stay here for a week. Everything was great, we love how cute our beds were made after coming back at night. My daughter was happy they fix her blanket and plushies on the bed.

Family of four including a five year old and a one year old. Breakfast service was clean and well stocked with very attentive and friendly staff. Shuttle to Disneyland a minute walk away. Pool was a nice break mid day. No wading area, but lots of leftover pool noodles and floaties to use. Kitchenette was convenient. Good value!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was well stocked each morning. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids to enjoy. The location was convenient, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! The kitchen was very convenient, although the utensils and appliances were a bit outdated. Despite their age, everything was functional and got the job done.

NOT a full sized kitchen. 2 burners and 1 pot provided, no working hot tub, charged for parking after being told we would not be charged.

Something I usually don’t like about hotel stays are the thin walls. It always seems like you can hear everything going on in a room even while walking the halls let alone being next door to someone that’s a bit on the noisy side. Now this was not the case. Walking the halls and we couldn’t hear anything. At breakfast the next morning, it came to my attention that there was a youth softball tournament in town and the dining area was bustling with youth but the night before, there was not a peep. Now speaking of breakfast, buffet-style continental with plenty of options of both hot and cold (including carnitas) guaranteed a proper start to the day. The staff also deserve some recognition. My son and I found common interests with a couple staff members who also gave us some tips and shared knowledge of the area we were heading to for the day. As for the room, ours was clean and very comfortable. My son pointed out the this was our first stay in a room without carpet. I didn’t realize how much I would appreciate that since carpets never get properly cleaned but here I am, enjoying being able to walk barefoot in my room. If there was one thing that I had to say negative about my stay it would be the parking. The spaces are a little narrower and some of the other guests arrived in vehicles that don’t leave a lot of room for others to park. Also lane markings were a little aged and hard to see at night. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family

Nice breakfast, clean, great location, shuttle services available to purchase for drop off areas for Disneyland and downtown Disney.

We enjoyed ourselves

They had everything we needed and would definitely recommend to anyone asking. Only drawback is the bathroom where the toilet is. No fan runs in there so if you use the bathroom expect the smell not to ventilate fast. But this was not going to get in our way.

The rooms were clean and staff were friendly

The room is a bit dated, kitchen utensils and cookware was lacking.

We stayed here for my son's 5th birthday family trip to Disney. First we had trouble locating the hotel because there are two Homewood Suites by Hilton within a couple miles of each other. I was told the confusion happens often. We stayed in room 514 on the 5th floor, room was very nice and spacious. The first night we used the pool, it was a little dirty there were a lot of bugs and plant debris floating around other than that it was a good size and nice temperature. As for the room, when we arrived the room was very toasty so we lowered the thermostat to 70. I don't believe it ever reached 70. On 2 occasions when we left for the park we would leave the thermostat at 67 in an effort to have the room stay cool enough for our return. Twice we arrived and ready to get some rest only to get to a really humid and warm room. Somehow the thermostat had been changed to 74. I am originally from AZ I know 74 for a thermostat is pretty low but believe me the room did not feel anywhere remotely like 74 degrees. It was incredibly stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. Now in regards to the cleanliness, I was told house keeping was done every other day, this includes emptying trash and getting fresh towels. I requested (it was an option) for daily housekeeping in lieu of the fact that I have toddlers still in pull ups. We needed our trash done daily. During the entirety of our stay our room was serviced only once. We stayed from 07/07 to 07/11. There is a character limit so I cant list all

Very clean Most of the staff was really polite, but there was one guy there and a female that did not like dealing with customers and they were rude to a lot of people. My daughter even pointed it out to me when we were walking away. She was like they weren’t very nice of those other people and I’m a people person but when you’re rude to me, I’m not gonna tolerate especially because I’m so sick. I don’t have time to deal with it. There’s no need to be rude people get exhausted people get overstimulated, but you choose to work with the public.
