Amazing staff! All the way from front desk to housekeeping to bartenders! Everyone was polite and kind! Also not to mention we lost our car keys and someone was kind enough to turn them in. Thank you!

El shower no salia agua bien , la picina era un desorden , avian demasiados clientes y los niños brincando en la pocina que hasta sacaban el agua de la pocina . Jamas me vuelvo a quedar ahi .aparte tuvimos que pagar $28 dlrs por dia por estacionamiento. No pues wow

We had the club room access which granted us to the lounge room Where there was breakfast buffet as well as fruits and snacks throughout the day. I would definitely recommend and return.

I had strong allergies on the room poor cleaning

No microwave , fridge was too small, shower the water was to weak, carpet didn’t look clean, The room was so far from the elevator, trash didn’t have a liners Ihad to ask for it , bathroom door didn’t lock plus I had feeling that the staff didn’t care if you ever come back .

Everything was great with the hotel but the bed was really hard. I normally don't leave a review about hotel beds because most of the time its personal preference. The bed left more to be desired! But other than that everything was great. Location to the shuttle to the park, cleanliness, hotel staff etc..

Staff in lobby are super nice. Room was done daily. The club lounge was awesome, snacks and drinks all day and the breakfast was also good just wish they would have pancakes or waffles. There wasn’t any the 4 days I stayed there.
