The location is ideal for a family get away however the rooms need updating a bit dated and the AC was awful. Room was hot.

Clean

No one will help you with luggage so if you have lots of luggages god help you. Car parking almost impossible.

Check in had one clerk while two talked to each other while 10 guests waited. Lobby floors and elevators were filthy, parking was difficult (lines were not painted, staff parks in red zones, park and walk), staff was rude and not helpful. There was a flood prior to our stay the whole 4th floor smelt of mold and mildew. There was on small fan for the whole wing, no air circulation. Huge safety and health issue. I woke up with a headache, itchy throat, and eyes. I asked other guests and all said the same. Rooms ac is fan only. Bathroom is 2-10, sink stopper was stuck clogging sink, wall paper peeling, and toilet kept running all night.

We have stayed here a few times & we love the location. The one downside is the pool, it is not clean. There are palm trees that consistently drop leaves & other debris into the pool which make it an undesirable experience. Some of the room have an old A/C system which also make the room muggy during the summer.

Parking is difficult and inconvience if not park in the front of hotel; room are dated and smell, room not insulated, hear every door open and close

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean but I would have liked to have the use of a microwave. Overall good service.

The room also had a strange odor, and the hotel itself appears to be in need of renovations, as many areas felt outdated. The pool was another disappointment. The water looked cloudy, and there was trash, including papers, floating in it, which made it seem unclean and not very inviting. Parking was also a challenge. There is only a small parking lot in front of the hotel, and it fills up quickly. If it’s full, you’ll likely have to park a considerable distance behind the hotel and walk back to the entrance. I also recommend not leaving any valuables in your vehicle, as vehicle break-ins have been reported in the area. The one positive was the location. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores, making it very convenient if you want to explore the area without driving. Overall, while the location is excellent, the outdated facilities, poor air conditioning, room odor, limited parking, and lack of pool cleanliness made this stay disappointing.

Overall, the stay was ok. It was a cheap rate but the rooms were not clean. There were stains everywhere and tons of hair on the bathroom floor. There was also a beeping sound coming from the hallways the entire night. Good enough for the price but would not stay again.

I have stayed there previously on several occasions and this last time I stayed hospitality was not great. The shower was leaking. Starbucks was closed and so was the grill we had to go out to purchase food. I was not very happy with my stay.

Pool needs to be cleaned always

Rooms, bathroom very clean. The couch in "our"room was even clean, looked new. I very pleased to see that, because most are very worn looking. Parking was first come, first served in the front of the hotel, with parking in the rear, same concept.. The desk staff and customer service was good, polite, helpful, friendly. No complaints..I will be back.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after deciding to extend our vacation when our previous hotel was fully booked, and we’re so glad we did! The staff let us check in early, which was a huge help. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and well-kept everything was, especially for the great price we got. It was also a fun surprise that there was a trading card convention happening in the ballroom during our stay, giving our boys an extra activity to enjoy. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked lively and like a lot of fun. Parking was a little tricky at first, but we found there was a large parking lot in the back with plenty of space. We’d definitely stay here again!

Room was very spacious and comfortable. However bed did not have a blanket, just a thin quilt. We would have liked it more if either breakfast or parking was included. Had to pay for both.
