It was fairly close to Disney The elevators number for floors was not accurate. Our first room we were given had old nasty underwear in it. Second room the whole stay had issues with the toilet

Upon arrival system was down for credit cards! No water bottles as a courtesy “they said they ran out.” no common courtesy to say “come back later or tomorrow we will have them.” I was given the wrong room! I ordered a suite with two beds, I only had one bed in my room. They wanted to charge me $50 for one hour early check-in however, the room was not ready until 4pm. Some staff was courteous, but the others didn’t seem to have interest or care. The elevators were extremely dirty with sticky floors, dirty buttons and handprints on every wall! Also, only two elevators were only operating the entire time. One of them actually got stuck twice on me. They charge extra for breakfast. There’s no complementary coffee. “only in the room they have a mini coffee pot” that was dirty! They have a water container near the desk that I saw a gentleman take the top off and put his water bottle in so he could have ice…extremely unsanitary. There’s no gift shop! There is a small shelf behind the employees with sweets and only a few drinks! Shampoo/conditioner is generic and cheap shampoo, which I would never use. I expected more from the Marriott. Please note towards the end of the parking lot it’s very dark such poor lighting! Considering the Marriott charges so much, they definitely don’t offer what they claim! I will NEVER stay at any Marriott again due to the poor quality. I do NOT recommend anyone to stay here. Suddenly, very disappointed with my stay. Thank you.

Great service!! Room was spacious so clean and we loved it so much! It was a 6 minute drive to Disney and was so fast to arrive! Staff was amazing so helpful and great. Will definitely be staying here again.

Check out the facilities they offer because when you arrive they don't respect breakfast and even they can change your reservation.

48 hrs after check out, I still do not have my payment invoice from from them. At checkout, I was asked to MANUALLY provide my email for the invoice to be emailed to me. But, more than 24 hrs after and having not received the invoice, I called to request the invoice. On the call, I provided my names, stay dates and room number. But, the agent informed me that he could not find me in their system. Obviously I got upset bc I could not understand why a hotel of the stature of Marriot would not have records that I stayed in a particular room on particular dates. The agents reaction to my being upset was to give me a talking down and hang up on me.

Great stay, big room, good service!

Room was clean. There was a fridge. No microwave tho. I liked that the bathroom was accessible through the kitchenette and through the bedroom. Overnight parking for $25/night. Access to a city shuttle to Disneyland for $7/day/person. Shuttle located outside though not immediately outside the hotel doors, more like a bus stop down the hotel driveway.
