The hotel and the room cleanliness/space were perfect. Receptionist was rude. They should train their team better since it is a customer service based job.

Rooms were clean. It comes with a free breakfast and staff are very friendly. The only issue were the elevators. Very slow and it creaks. Not really a dral breaker sincr everything else was good.

The room was very clean They didn’t offer water for coffee in the rooms very little to NO sugar. Just wasn’t the best especially for travelers who enjoy a morning coffee. They charge $25 for open parking

The room was surprisingly spacious and well equipped with two televisions, an iron and full sized ironing board, hair dryer, towels, etc.

The jacuzzi wasn’t clean. Felt a little gross. But, towels were stocked and clean. Pool was nice enough. The room was nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall, it was worth the price.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and extra roomy. A lot of food choices close to the property. Only negative was that you pay for parking and WiFi per night. But I believe that’s standard in California.

Room wasn’t ready at check in. Waited 40 minutes after Check in until we got keys to the room. I was supposed to get a text message once room was ready and never did. Large families that got there after us got their keys before us. Until I got up and asked about status we finally got a room
